What sets this tutorial apart is the section on musicality, I really appreciated the guidance on playing with rubato, the emphasis on beats 1 and 3, and ensuring the right hand is louder than the left as well as the exhortation to play with correct pedaling ❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you very much for your comment! Yes, I try to focus a lot on musicality, also in my online course at petersonpianoacademy.com. There are plenty of tutorials that show how to press the right keys, but actually not so many that really talk about musicality, and that's my mission!
Thank you very much! Glad to hear it helped. I've always felt like too many people just play the notes without really understanding what they're playing. Once you understand it a bit of the theory, everything gets much easier!
Muchas Gracias! I'm glad you enjoyed this tutorial. Yes indeed, I am playing it slowly to make it easier to learn. I also have many similar tutorials arranged by difficulty level on my website petersonpianoacademy.com. Each tutorial also has downloadable sheet music to go along with it, and all members can also send videos or recordings to me to get personalized feedback. Might perhaps interest you. Wishing you lots of success in your piano journey!

Great question! I like to do trill exercises with the fourth and fifth fingers as well as all other combinations. This really helps develop the strength and speed of the fourth and fifth fingers. My fourth and fifth fingers used to be really slow, it took some practice to develop the speed!
this is sooooo cool! after starting the first lesson on his website just for a few days now and just starting practicing the notes, the whole note-learning-thing looses its horror!! that feels soooo great!!! 😍😍😍 even though I am still lightyears away from being able to read notes, this video shows me its sooo managable! great motivation boost 🥳🥳

1:48 Any tips on how to practice and play these turns at the correct tempo, with weak and disobedient fourth and fifth fingers? 🥲

@petersonpiano Thank you for your reply and sharing!
Easy if you have the music sheet. Would make It available to download?
Sorry, it's copyrighted and this would not be legal. Wish I could help!
Can you paste the original link , where one can buy the sheet music
Can I please learn which application you use to highlight the piano keys you press?
Would love to tell you but it's a secret ;) Doesn't involve an app but rather some video editing.
Are you saying that most of it is manual editing including showing the note played in the sheet music?
Awesome
What's the tempo?
About 60 beats per minute, but of course with rubato.
