Man it's too bad you aren't near Indiana. Next month there's gonna be a con setup as a celebration of Jerry The King Lawler and Memphis wrestling. With a crap ton of great wrestlers there. The Steiners, the Hardys, Ricky Morton, Jimmy valient, Ron Simmons, so many I can't even name all. Plus they're gonna roast Lawler. 😂
Game Terminal is more like an arcade cabinet collection, just the cabinets. None of the games seemed to be running on original hardware/CRT monitors. It was all emulators(PC?) hooked up to LED TV's.
"I'm so happy there are arcade places like this. Arcades were a big part of my childhood, and I wish the best for this place. Let's keep arcade fun alive!"
My best friend lives in Hillsboro. Every time I visit this is the first place I want to go and spend all day. We're 50 now and lifer gamers and this is truly an awesome place.
Holy shit, John! Thank you for shining light on this place! I'm a huge retro game fan and have lived in Portland for 15 + years and have NEVER heard of this place! I'll be checking this out asap. Game on man!
I've heard of it as a 'after PRGE we should go here' but after PRGE I usually just drive straight home. Glad I had time to check it out. Will definitely be back.
they have a black tiger cabinet! (easily my all time favorite arcade out of capcom's early days) and I had heard about the row of converted moppet cabs, one with SF2... so bizarre! definitely wish I lived in portland I would certainly be trying to frequent that place as much as possible!
If you ever come to Illinois be sure to check out Galloping Ghost in Brookfield. They now have two facilities, one just for pinball and one for arcade games.
I don't know if I could handle that place....nostalgia overload! Too much to take it all in at one visit. Looks Legendary. I hope more places like this open in the future.
Original CRTs are hard to get and stupid expensive. We're going to reach a point in the very near future when there are none left. The LCD solution is the way to go in the long run.
I did. They had Vendetta which is the sequel, though. I'm sure they have a warehouse they swap games out at times, too. They had a few games in a corner that were under repair so I wouldn't doubt it if they had a stash of other games, too.
GI Joe, Sunset Riders, Turtles in Time, and WWF WrestleFest dedicated cabs. Beautiful to see. Even Galloping Ghost doesn't have dedicated cabinets for these.
Outstandingly awesome arcade! If I went in there I would think I died and went to heaven lol!🤣 Thanks for sharing your adventures at this arcade John!👉🙂👈
Is this a new place? I’ve been to Hillsboro plenty…my cousin lives up there and I used to live in Forest Grove/Cornelius out west of there. Have a place to drag my young cousins next time I’m up
This is just down the street from the house I grew up in. Only 20 minutes away now, but if it was there when I was a kid, my grades would have been poor...
Wish I would have known about that when I lived in Maple Valley. Went down there a time or two to get Abby's Pizza in Gresham. I'd play me some Dig Dug. What I'd really like is to find a Trog arcade machine. There are a few in Utah Valley, though they are as much a mix of old as new, including one a couple blocks away that I haven't got around to visiting. Don't know if you ever heard of it but there was (might still be) an arcade in downtown Tacoma called Dorkey's. Played some Rampage there.
Im on the opposite coast but if anyone is looking for a great arcade in New Jersey the arcade in the Berlin Farmers Mart is great and just recently doubled in size after new owners bought it👍
Been there twice. I don't live too far out but it's always good to plan for an all-day outing to really sink your teeth into it. There's just so much to do and see...
Top gun arcade is real in fact cidercade has one as well. They were collecting dust till top gun 2 was a hit at the box office and now they are showing up in places.
If you thought this is the biggest arcade that means you haven’t yet visited the real biggest arcade in the world yet galloping ghost everyone should know the owners name is Doc he charges $20 you play with no tokens I wouldn’t go to any arcades anymore since the consoles are no longer weak the games can play the same as the arcade machines if there is a game that never got released on consoles I’ll just buy that arcade machine instead of going to paying money to play it
Only $22 for a free play? How do they keep the lights on? I can imagine what the electric bill is. It is amazing that something like this exist but im curious how they stay in business
I quickly went through the video, but I could not find a Japanse music game section with Taiko, MaiMai, Wakka and stuff like that. Do they have a section for Otaku?
Aren't those cabinets too close to each other?. I mean, it looks like player 2 would use the same space of the player 1 of the cabinet right next to it.
It’s not surprising it’s free play every arcade is free play you just pay a fee of $15 and enter to play all day who’s going to pay money in tokens on games you can play on consoles I rather buy the entire arcade machines if I see an arcade machine I like the only arcade machines I’ll pay money money for are games that haven’t got released on consoles like tekken 9 street fighter 7 just like in 2016 I played tekken 7 in the arcade
I also checked out Game Terminal in Nashville. LOVE that one. th-cam.com/video/1fYRemUV8B4/w-d-xo.html

$22 for admission and the games are freeplay? Look at this place! It's a dream come true!
totally worth it!

Seriously! The closest I’d do was like Ground Kontrol or QuarterWorld. Both are nice but this looks so big and it’s all ages.
It is amazing. I checked the place out finally after living in the area for years. It is much bigger in person.
" we got a casting couch ".... Best casual sentence ive heard on all of TH-cam all year. Lol
they have a black tiger cabinet! (easily my all time favorite arcade out of capcom's early days) and I had heard about the row of converted moppet cabs, one with SF2... so bizarre! definitely wish I lived in portland I would certainly be trying to frequent that place as much as possible!

Oh man, that place looks awesome!
Nice to see Leo again
I love the relationship you have with your kids.
Arcade time with John Riggs
Place looks sick. I love the decor and cleanliness. Real bummer seeing all the widescreen lcd mods though. That always makes me sad
Original CRTs are hard to get and stupid expensive. We're going to reach a point in the very near future when there are none left. The LCD solution is the way to go in the long run.
Xybots. I still have fond memories of it. This arcade is amazing. Thank you Mr. Riggs.
NGL, I love Arcades; even with MAME at home, it still doesn't hit the same without playing them from the cabinet. Great video as always!
That 4 player area is beautiful 🥲
OMG that's sooo awesome!
I have to visit this place someday in my lifetime!
As a kid I would have entered this arcade and never been seen again.
did ya see crime fighters in that place ? that one wasa favorite of mine back in the day well one of em anyways
I did. They had Vendetta which is the sequel, though. I'm sure they have a warehouse they swap games out at times, too. They had a few games in a corner that were under repair so I wouldn't doubt it if they had a stash of other games, too.
@@JohnRiggs yeah i knew it was the sequel i never played it though just crime fighters looked like a cool place
Discovered that place last year while visiting friends. Fantastic!
GI Joe, Sunset Riders, Turtles in Time, and WWF WrestleFest dedicated cabs. Beautiful to see. Even Galloping Ghost doesn't have dedicated cabinets for these.

Well i know where my next road trip is going to be. Thanks for sharing this place John.
Holy crap. This place IS insane. An arcade and a museum combined.
i wanna go there so bad!! maybe someday ill take a road trip to oregon.
Wow. This is amazing. Definitely need to hit this place next time I'm in Hillsboro.
This is just down the street from the house I grew up in. Only 20 minutes away now, but if it was there when I was a kid, my grades would have been poor...
I live in Barbados so I live where people love to vacation. But boy, I would love to visit that arcade and relive my years of misspent youth!
Any business with Tom Servo show on its exterior is bound to be an exceptional one.
Sounds and looks awesome. I might have to make a point to go there soon. Great video!
Wow, free play is great, cool place !
Dude. That Genesis kiosk with the cart switcher is sick. Would love to have one of those.
If ever a video was 'John in a sweetshop', this is it!
Gotta check this out. I live in Portland and never heard of this place

Woah....I think I'm going to have to check this place out! Looks cool!
I didn't know about this place. Thanks John. I live in Salem Or, I'm going.
That looks like so much fun 🤤
At 10:55, that is air hockey, but yes, no arcade is complete without an air hockey table.
Bout spit my drink out when you said "casting couch". Never though I would hear that on this channel. Thanks for the laugh.
Pretty sure you also get in & out privs so you can take a break and go somewhere else for a bit if you need to and then come back later.
Wow, this place looks insane. I have to plan a trip!
Im on the opposite coast but if anyone is looking for a great arcade in New Jersey the arcade in the Berlin Farmers Mart is great and just recently doubled in size after new owners bought it👍
really fun place! biggest arcade on the west coast!!
Love you John. Thx for the video that place looks awesome bro
This place RULES.
I have a place near me that is like a mini version of this, this is just unreal wow they have everything
Been there twice. I don't live too far out but it's always good to plan for an all-day outing to really sink your teeth into it. There's just so much to do and see...
this place looks like heaven

Have you checked out Jedi alliance in Spokane Washington very similar to this
That is dope!! I must go! I will. Thank you. 🙏
All I can say is Wow! It's old school gamer heaven!
Wow, this is right near me. I gotta check it out.
Holy hell! That place is amazing! Must be more valuable than Fort Knox!
Bucket listing this place fersure lol
This place is beautiful.
That place is nirvana. 💜
This looks awesome!!!
Do they have hotel rooms? Because I would just make that my vacation.
Top gun arcade is real in fact cidercade has one as well. They were collecting dust till top gun 2 was a hit at the box office and now they are showing up in places.
You ever check out Galloping Ghost in Brookfield Illinois?
Samurai shadows 2 !!! 3:16

wow..i played the 2600 port of off the wall
I need a trip just to go there
I wish we had an arcade like this in Maryland, do they have AvP and Cadash?
Only $22 for a free play? How do they keep the lights on? I can imagine what the electric bill is. It is amazing that something like this exist but im curious how they stay in business
I wish I had something like that near by.
what was the sit down halo cab? 13:03
You should give a list of every game you played there.
This place is an incredible investment
That's a cool place lol...
I need this in Montreal :(
wow i'd be spending all days just looking at the walls
I quickly went through the video, but I could not find a Japanse music game section with Taiko, MaiMai, Wakka and stuff like that. Do they have a section for Otaku?
Need some mad dog McCree
I live in Beaverton!
9:29 haha you said it not me
That is the best arcade I have ever seen
Something feels off playing arcade games in an arcade without quarters. :)
Aren't those cabinets too close to each other?. I mean, it looks like player 2 would use the same space of the player 1 of the cabinet right next to it.
Shout out to my boy Derek Jennings for creating the pixel art on the outside of the building. 💪
If I had a day with no wife or kids I could stay there open to close. Wife and kids would get bored
Mind blowing.
There seems to be a massive resurgence in Arcades and Retro games.
Go to Galloping ghost in Chicago. It's amazing
That's almost as big as galloping ghost up in Chicago.
Bigger. Next Level has 300 pins on the floor. GG is a joke compared to this place.
I really wish I could teleport.
I can't imagine the electricity bill
Yeah that's great awesome
Your daughter in the reflection sitting on the couch on her phone. Nothing else she could be doing in this place 😂🤦♂️
I could spend six months in there, pity I'm 3000 miles away. Booooooooooooooo
If somebody says that arcades are dead, they're freaking LYING!!
Looks interesting! It's worth the price for free play! Thx
so awesome
