This is quite poignant really as my taxes (and yours) are currently going to the Ukraine to help them fight for their freedom and rights. Yet, here is a Ukrainian who is in my country enjoying the freedom that my ancestors have fought for, trying to piss all over my rights.

I pass this place twice a day as I live nearby. I have to say, once they realised their error, they were very quick to come out to let you know. It looked like they immediately explained the law to their staff too. Unusually polite security staff.
The most disturbing thing about this video is TH-cam censorship of public photography.

Im 53 yrs old. In the 70s and 80s I'd get a feeling as I left the cinema, after watching a James Bond or Star Wars movie; a feeling that's hard to describe but others may know it.
I get this feeling after every FP production.

Love the way photography is "an act of terrorism" . . it's not even suspicion of being involved in terrorism or hostile reconnaissance or even grounds for suspicion . . . but an actual act of terrorism, lol 🤣If the police continue to abuse this stuff, then security goons will continue to follow their lead, which is why we've ended up with Tesco security staff accusing people of terrorism instead of making sure no one nicks the yoghurts, which is their actual job.
I saw this first two times but it's still worth a third view! Fair play to the young lad for coming back and apologising.

I’m always excited to see a new FP video. I think my favourite “coup de grâce” on this one was when the security guy said “ can I ask why you’re taking pictures please?” Only to be told that there would be a “ subject access request “ coming his way for the surreptitious photo HE HAD JUST TAKEN of FP. Hysterical!😅😊

That was such a good interaction, the guys messed up but came back to apologise. They now know the law now, which is exactly why auditors like you are so popular, some auditors are looking to get in a shouting match and end up looking as petty as the tyrants trying to stop them exercising their rights.
The legend returns and smashed it out of the park. Politeness will always win over the situation. Someone tell 'UK MEETS THE TYRANT' that you don't have to offer everyone out you meet to make a great video.

How brilliant is it when you see FP has uploaded? AB, FP and DJ are the top 3 auditors. FP, you make a great point in the video description.

AB, FP and Kolee, lots of other great ones but those three are the best by far imo. AB keeps getting funnier with every video, it's almost like pure comedy at this point, Focus because he is the all round master of auditing, and although Kolee is no longer around he is still a cut above the rest.
Most professional auditor around. Explains his reasoning and the law very well. More realistic conversations on here than just arguing.

When Amazon sold me my dashcam, they didn't tell me it was a terroristic weapon.
The mental disconnect with people, is alarming. Here is a person with expensive recording equipment, standing out in plain site of everyone, CCTV, and they think the photographer is a terrorist, of some kind. At least they had the courage to apologize and admit their error, in a friendly way.
I have an idea for all auditors. Obtain an old film camera and lens. Don’t insert a film and see what these security people do when you show them that you can’t possibly take photos if there is no film in the camera. I bet they would still pursue their mission.

I'm a new subscriber, but have been binge watching your content. Really glad to see you back at it. Going through my own cr@p with bailiffs and have had my HUGE fair share of dealings with corrupt cops, turned out to be a large case and one cop got sacked, but I'm saving this story for a rainy day. Can't believe all the self righteous idiots that seep out of the woodwork in comments but it's enjoyable seeing them get triggered nonetheless, Stay Safe man 👍

Amazes me how many people who have no authority, assume the position they have the authority that frankly they never possessed in the first place, to then bark out orders or laws that they either aren’t familiar with or, orders/laws that didn’t even exist in the first place that they had no authority over anyway. These people, for some reason are usually the ones in charge.
If the bosses know the law why aren’t they training their staff on it?
The fact that the guards contacted TH-cam tells me they will repeat that with next auditor.

Best Auditor on TH-cam in my humble opinion.
I'd have stopped them before they got too close and told them they will be filmed and will be identifiable if they get any closer, that way they can't make any privacy complaint as you made them fully aware (even if they don't actually have a right to privacy when visible from a public place), if they still try and make a complaint you have the extra evidence for TH-cam support.
I do recall watch this a long while back and I am glad that you have reuploaded it, third time's a charm. On a positive for me I get to relike it.

I saw your comments in the description. My ex-gf is Ukrainian. She speaks Russian and is from Kharkov. I got back in touch with her when the war started. Her family is on Russia's side. She is currently in Warsaw and I am helping her with money. But I urge all British people not to believe everything they hear on the "mainstream" news.
