Is the frame in good shape and free from rot? Are the tires, wheels, and hubs in good condition? Are the windows intact? Are the seams in good condition and not pulling apart? Does it leak? I had one almost identical to yours.
It was a 1965 built in Indiana.
It became too dangerous to tow.
Sold it for $50.
Rubberized undercoat in a spray can works great for roof leaks.

I was just wondering if your stove worked in that old trailer. Im like you I don't freak out about things falling apart, it's going to happen just roll with it. Thanks for sharing Jim
