Today i watched kickback garage whilst assembling my li front hub. I had my kickback garage tshirt on as well, am i the number one fan yet?. Or do i need to buy some more merch?🤣. Love what you do man, love from Dallas texas!.
I have a Vape as well. What's needed is some kind of multi cable connector to fit to the cables as they exit the mag housing . Then just unplug them when needed.
Excellent bet the new MB barrel will be an handful. The Lambrettas certainly are a work of engineering brilliance. Definitely ahead of their time and still going strong . Saw a group of about 10 absolutely gunning it in the outside lane couple of years ago on the A55 in North Wales. Dont know who they were but what a noice and smell of 2T.
Hi Rob , Paul from Blackburn again and you made knocking out the engine bolt so easy!! I have tried my best to knock mine out but its not moving anymore. Probably never moved since 1959 pal. Wish i could just nip the scooter round to you pal 🤣👍
I like the little Jack to take the weight off the bolt. I remove my engine complete with exhaust, I just put an old duvet underneath then with the rear shock removed I lift the scooter off the engine. I refit the engine complete with exhaust to reduce grovelling in the floor as I do not have a lift.
Once again Rob great info for what I’ve got to do not long fitted a BGM 225 kit with a 30 dellorto carb not been starting very good took the top end of to see what’s up looks like seals have gone hopefully crank is ok bloody lambrettas😢😢😢👍👍
Rob , can you do a video showing how to fit a H4 bulb set up on a Lambretta. I have seen them working on peoples scooters and they are very impressive. I wasn't sure if they had batteries on their machines, mine is a non battery 12 volts system. From.what I can remember the guys saying is that you have to make sure the bulb is not to close to the headlight glass, otherwise you don't get the beam. The ones I've seen were like search lights. Thanks in anticipation.
your jack has a rubber mat on the top of it ,, did yours come with that or was it an extra ,,i have two of them and the mat would def be a nice addition ,,
Hi Rob i have a standard scooter are there any unusual size sockets i need for any jobs on the scooter? i also need to change the side casing gasket do i tighten the nuts up with just a socket or do i need to torque them down?
Hi Rob Very good video ! I have a big problem getting off the nut holding the shock absorber on the engine - is this tread on the engine reverse or normal direction to get the nut off ? Better ask before I might tighten it even more if reverse tread ☺️ brgds Dennis

It sounds like a job I don't fancy doing 😂 I use a mix of penetrating oil and diesel and sauce it in for a week or two.
Brill I’ve got to take mine out to do silent blocks thanks for the info Rob keep up the great work

Lift was my best ever investment!
Top video again Rob, just ordered the Sluk clips for my Sx.
They save a lot of hassle!

Glyn. Take away the guesswork and grab one of these. They are easy to fit and work great with 12v AC systems. It's what I have in mine.
@@kickbackgarage , Rob can you tell me what item it is I need please as it wasn't stated in your reply. Thank you.

No torque needed on the side casa. I've neve had a Lambretta that leaks.

Normal direction mate.
Thank you quick reply - will try heating a bit more and try use more muscle ☺️👊
Good luck. Probably a good Idea to run a die on it when you get it off.
Great video I admit im a Lambretta dummy so these are great :)
Hello, do you have a link for the engine jack?
www.ebay.de/itm/Motorradhebebuhne-Motorradheber-95-400mm-Hubhohe-500-kg-Motorrad-Heber-Stander/273608827795?hash=item3fb45b6393:g:kUQAAOSwGdhbNfA5
Something like that, but only 40cm or is that enough?
It's from drag specialities, but you can buy similar from xlmoto
Yes. The wide ones are harder to work with.
Who’s a dummie 😂 keep them coming Rob
