EDIT : Proper reactors were used during the test, just check massacre damage at 1:32 for python and 2:25 for thundercage. Sorry for not pointing this out clearly but I did say this before the beginning of each test. I have no bias against thundercage. It's a great weapon and you can use it if you don't have the Python or you don't want the python. I am just pointing out that the Python is superior because of it's higher fire rate that is a superior factor for the Massacre build.
EDIT : Apologies for not clarifying much between the two test. It was pointed out that the Python had clear advantage because of the Elemental Ammo and that this is just a clickbait - BUT if you look at 2:53 this is another test with the Python without Elemental Ammo. Check the DPS break down. The difference is 1 second. I can only argue this much but feel free to test it out for yourself - Python always came out on top. 4-5 seconds difference in DPS is huge.

Another thing here is you run Mental Focus on TC, but SPS on Python which makes a difference.
@@yasserak1607 ahh yes. Although, using SPS on TC does not really make much of a difference. Tried it multiple times. The python is just superior in conjuction with gley's ult because of the high fire rate, even when I use MF on python the difference is just 1 second still in favor of SPS. Plus I didn't like how you have to struggle to keep those stacks with MF when doing longer boss fights especially fortress or frost walker.
@@Vergos240 To get the full benefit of SPS on Gley, you make sure the duration is at least 9sec coz SPS will take 5 sec to get the full stacks so 4 sec left to max DPS considering not loosing any skill power on gley
@@yasserak1607 You got this right on the money! I've seen builds wherein their duration is about 8s. Mine is 9.3s and that 1.3s difference makes a lot of difference.
@@Vergos240how are you struggling keeping Mental Focus up...? Land a hit at least every 2 seconds and you don't lose it.
@@Harmonic14 with easy enough bosses 100% uptime no problem. Try that with frostwalker, fortress and gluttony. Damn things won't even let you stack it up to 150 stacks, hence why I said longer boss fights not 10-30 seconds fights.
i just use python on gley cause i dont want to screw around with thunder cage, since other chars can use it :3
@@xDavidxblap honestly the only reason I had to resocket my thundercage was because of a video that I saw with spreadsheets and stuff. I got so excited but couldnt get the same result. Went back a few days and I noticed that it was a 2 man devourer with enzo buff. I'll just wait for the new module socket update so I can effectively use it again on other chars. 😆😆
how can your gley run while using her 3rd ?
@@darkslasher005 i have that same question since I started playing gley! Haha. But idk if its intended but you can run while shooting when using 3rd.

is iron defense better than spear and shield in this build ?
A little bit better, but hey extra dps is still added dps. A fully upgraded iron defense gives more skill power than spear and shield. They both give the same defense value when fully upgraded as well.
One gives power modifier and the other gives raw skill power.
@@Vergos240no, it doesn't. It gives you a higher number of skill power MODIFIER.
Stop looking at modules in a vacuum. In any maxed out build, Spear and Shield will result in more damage, and it has the added benefit of not having to upgrade it to get the full skill power boost.
@@Harmonic14 Sorry for the wording. But we are talking about Gley's Ult here Massacre. If you were to use SPEAR AND SHIELD for her 2nd ability then YES it will yield more damage. But in the case of Massacre, her 4th, since it has a LOW SKILL POWER MODIFIER, Iron defense provides more damage. I've tested this multiple times. :). I will include the comparison in the next video.
So no, not any maxed out build will have more damage when using spear and shield, it varies from skill to skill. Again, if you were to use it on gley's 2nd ability or any other skill that already has a high skill power modifier, like say bunny's lightning emission or sharen's first skill, then yes adding more raw skill power will be beneficial.
no reactor He did not use a reactor for the thunder cage and kept the python and changed weapons, changing 160%
bro check 0:58 . I have both reactors for both guns and the respective reactors for each gun was used during testing. I explained this before the beginning of the tests. If I didn't use the proper reactor how come my thunder cage is dealing more massacre damage than my python? check 2:25 and 1:32
does the enhancement level of the python affect its massacre damage?
@@maxwellduplissey5884 no effect. Massacre doesnt take in unique weapon effect.

massacre and tactical rifles are bad for eachother, you get one shot per "burst" with massacre and burst rifles lack the rate of fire even without being reduced to 1 shot.
Can you show us the best attributes for python
@@obaidah84 my python has two free module slots that doesnt have any specific sockets. Reason being is so that I can change elements at will for different boss fight scenarios. Just pause on the part where I show the python modules you'll see. I am on the process of making a detailed full guide for the build sorry it's taking longer than expected.

@@kronicpalmsway7881 doesnt make a difference python without flex spot just ahead by 1s screenshot at 2:53. Python gives better dps than TC, for gley atleast, in any scenario. Also ceebs resocketing my TC haha.

It is smart if you run the ammo type converters so you’ll get more General ammo in boss fights 🤣
@@Ribbonzarkuraspear ah is that what he meant? There's another test towards the end of the video for python without the usage of elemental ammos. It's at 2:53. Difference is 1 second haha. Moreover, elemental ammos is not really that much beneficial to python since what we are really after is the fire rate for Gley's 4th skill. Sorry if I didnt explain that enough.
