How much different is the quality of the DS-1 when compared to the flux?

Depends on the disk. Very different if your comparing the regular star disks vs the chrome which is 4.1 million stars and is the disk used in this video. If you get the Dar Skys disks for either one (mentioned in my DS-1 review) the quality is the same. I’ll be doing a review of some other disks and the ADM module here probably starting next week.

@@wompdaddy4891great, thanks!! I’ve had the flux for about two years now. My DS-1 comes in today along with the 3 available chrome disks and ADM module. I have high hopes for the chrome disks.

It’s pretty cool, not sure I would’ve bought it though if it wasn’t for my daughter wanted “space” at bedtime too. There are features and chrome disks that you won’t get with the Flux but just not sure it’s worth the cost. The chrome disks and the DS-1 your looking at $740 or so, more of you also got the moon chrome disk vs $250 for a Flux that comes with two disks. Very cool product, just a bit overpriced in my opinion…

I'm finishing up a dome house. I bet this might look good on the dome ceiling. It's about 30 ft diameter at the floor and 9 ft high in the center.
