Shantanu talks about his journey from the US to coming back to India with an accent and ultimately forgetting how to speak in English. He talks about getting through NIT, choosing the Nagpur campus because of a better football ground, finding the right RoI of a relationship on campus, and getting into IIM Lucknow.
He mentions how he was an average student on campus who found no value in studying the traditional course. I don't why but I don't see someone makes a razor being interviewed and become inspirational for youth. I will go with 30 ke 5 razor wala Gillette Ka packet still.
He is generating revenue that you can ever insurance and lots of people work on his firm and if you are not buying his razor that doesn't mean no one is buying.

It's way too hard to get into McKinsey,it's even hard to get into McKinsey even if ur dad's rich,it's like harder than ivy leagues considering their intakes.
You can't get into McKinsey and stay without getting fired just by being rich. You NEED intelligence and merit.
McKinsey is worst thing ever . When ever any company hire McKinsey then just leave that company because they only know to fire people and if you are remaining then increase your workload and hire more MBAs into your company who will constantly ask you for meeting and reports. I suggest if McKinsey comes you leave.
