The LAST work on the Project Ferrari F430 before it ships out. The new owner Josh wanted to have me install a full Fabspeed Exhaust and I got him hooked up. The Fabspeed exhaust has a x-pipe setup with valves, carbon fiber exhaust tips, and of course we got rid of the cats using test pipes so it's a straight pipe!

The F430 sounds pretty good, but the 458 sounds so much better to my ears.
ezfirme you need to hear the F430 with the same S-line Dan is running on his 458.
@Ed B Sure there would. A lot of cars sound better then the GT350 including the 458. GT350 doesn't even sound like a flat plane crank even though it is.

Missed you today in Waco. I got to meet and have a nice conversation with Loeper. He then almost blew out my ear drums with his exhaust but it sounded amazing. Too mad you didn't come up. I would have liked to meet you.

Dan, another great video and I will be sad to see the 430 saga end. If your next project car is a red 355 GTS or possibly spider with gated shifter, I can pretty much promise you I will be the high bidder. I really want a 355 with all the issues documented and sorted out. Thanks again for all the great content, even if you have less time to create. I look forward to another Thursday night wining to.

I am more of a 458 fan, and that S-Line exhaust brings out that high-rev F1 scream that I love. The F430 is not chopped liver, however. That also sounds sweet.
They both sound great, but my preference is the shriek of the 458.

that factory "sport " exhaust ? never seen it before ! so it has small mufflers mounted low ? that's intriguing ! how does it work ? say compared to other aftermarket systems ? noise ? dB ?
Wondering why other aftermarket makers have not put small mufflers like that , valved ? mounted low . saves a lot of pipework ! as do the X pipes really give higher output ?

Great job Dan. I have the same Xpipe in my F430. Contemplating putting in Fabspeed sport cats myself. How hard Would u say removing oem cats be? Would i need to pull out the tail pipes too? Nice u dint need to pull rear bumper! Congrats man!
The S-line exhaust on a F-430 sounds amazing, the Fabspeed sounds ok at best. It's a shame he didn't pop for the S-line.😪

The shifts around 11:12 sound soo much more snappy than stock F430's🤷🏻♂️ usually they have this shift fart, even in race mode..

Essentially the same engine as the 458. The S line is head and shoulders a better sound.
After starting to analyze your new upload schedule i came to one final conclusion: you don´t just have a Ferrari, you just became Ferrari: producing less even though there is a high demand :D

Awesome job. However I would like to say that as you have earned more viewers you videos have become less about doing the work on the cars to fast fowarded to installed parts. Much like what happened to American Chopper and Fast and Loud. Earlier videos are so much better. But still good job.

Seems restricted ! and small diameter pipes ! a single pipe to dual tips ? seems a step backward ! has anyone dynoed all the various exhausts , headers to see which makes the most power , has best powerband ? As far as I know, they are all 4:1 headers too ! theoretically, 4:2 :1 would have a wider powerband ?
everyone is all going on about "the sound " I'm more interested about a linear powerband , w/ out dips and good ( more ) peak power . !
