Gear and Support Skills (if weapon, equipment, or support skill slots are left empty, they aren't important to the strategy):
    Phase 1
Osvald (Merchant) - Boost Start, Deal More Damage, Peak Performance, Price of Power
Nuts: none (hits 999 e.atk anyways)
    Weapons: Battle-Tested Staff
Equipment: Mermaid Circlet, Blessed Vestments, Elemental Augmentor, Fang of Ferocity
Other: his subjob really doesn't matter here, I just think merchant looks cool
Throne (Conjurer) - Graceful Step, Deal More Damage, Peak Performance, Price of Power
Nuts: as many light nuts and magic nuts as possible
Weapons: Battle-Tested Blade, Moonfang (has a built-in fire pursuit)
Equipment: Swift Shield, Mermaid Circlet, Blessed Vestments, Eye of Calamity, Champion's Belt
    Partitio (Apothecary) - Graceful Step
Ochette (Thief) - Graceful Step, Boost Start, Deal More Damage, Peak Performance
    Nuts: none
    Weapons: Battle-Tested Blade, Vengeful Knife
Equipment: Swift Shield, Cloth Headband, Protector's Vestments, Champion's Belt x2
Other: Woodland Birdking III and any double hit aoe axe beast (I used Vagrant Frogking II)
    Phase 2
Hikari (Arcanist) - Graceful Step, Deal More Damage, Price of Power, Of Equal Might
Nuts: as many fortifying nuts as possible (999 p.atk and e.atk with Sword of Oaths), enough nourishing nuts to hit 9999 HP
Weapons: Sword of Oaths (built-in light pursuit), Thunder's Roar (built-in lightning pursuit, not actually needed), Mooneater, Giant's Club
Equipment: Bodyguard's Vantage, Mermaid Circlet, Blessed Vestments, Alpione's Amulet, Finisher's Claws
Other: Windswept Slash, No Rest for the Weary, and Drive Back as learned skills
    Castti (Warrior) - Graceful Step
    Weapons: Sea God's Spear
    Agnea (Inventor) - Graceful Step
Temenos (Armsmaster) - Graceful Step, Boost Start
    Weapons: Conqueror's Sword
    Turn-by-Turn (zero RNG):
Phase 1 (Osvald, Throne, Partitio, Ochette) - party order is required to ensure the bonus turns from hinoeukagura's happen in the right order
Turn 1 (graceful step turn, osvald doesn't have it so he isn't here)
Throne: Latent Power - Reinforcing Jam on herself, then Hineoukagura's Grace on herself
Partitio: Latent Power - Dohter's Charity on Throne
Ochette: Provoke Beasts w/ 2 BP - 3 double cleaves, 1 lunar lunge (allows you to go before the eye, which saves time)
Turn 1, bonus turns (listed in the order they occur)
Throne: Latent Power - Reinforcing Jam on herself, then Aeber's Reckoning to kill all souls
    Turn 2
    Osvald: Alephan's Wisdom on himself
Throne: Latent Power - Reinforcing Jam, then Hineoukagura's Grace on Osvald
    Partitio: Ancient Cursed Talisman
Ochette: Provoke Beasts w/ 3 BP - 5 double cleaves
Turn 2, bonus turns (listed in the order they occur)
Throne: Defend (ensures that everyone will have BP on turn 3)
Osvald: Latent Power One True Magic III w/ 2 BP (sometimes he can use 3 BP due to turn order, but it isn't needed)
    Turn 3
Osvald: max boosted Latent Power One True Magic III
Throne: Latent Power - Reinforcing Jam on herself, then Aeber's Reckoning
Partitio: doesn't need to do anything
    Ochette: Aeber's Reckoning
Turn 3, bonus turns (listed in the order they occur)
Throne: Latent Power - Reinforcing Jam on herself, then Aeber's Reckoning
Osvald: max boosted Latent Power One True Magic III - kills boss
note: I used some invigorating nuts as to not run out of SP here, without them throne can use a rejuvenating jam here instead
Phase 2 (Hikari, Castti, Agnea, Temenos)
    Turn 1 (graceful step turn):
Hikari: Hienka (target doesn't matter), then max boosted Windswept Slash in the bonus turn to kill all parts
Castti: Energizing Pomegranate L on Hikari
    Agnea: Latent Power Critical Scope
Temenos: Spicy Jerky on Hikari (buffs p.atk and e.atk for 3 turns)
    Turn 2
Hikari: No Rest for the Weary, then drive back in the bonus turn (acts as leghold trap)
    Castti: Reinforcing Jam on Hikari
Agnea: Defend (ensures she can use the talisman before Hikari acts)
Temenos: Conqueror's Sword (knocks 10 shields off, will act at end of turn so boss will always be vulnerable by then)
    Turn 3
Hikari: max boosted Hienka, then 2 BP Windswept Slash in the bonus turn to kill the boss
Castti: max boosted attack (spear) - sea god's spear allows it to hit 5 times)
    Agnea: Ancient Cursed Talisman
    Temenos: Latent Power Sixfold Strike

After playing around with this strategy a bit more, I found 2 variations.
      First variation - Ochette Draefendi's
Ochette (Warrior) - Graceful Step, Boost Start, Deal More Damage, Peak Performance
      Nuts: none
      Weapons: Battle-Tested Blade, Battle-Tested Bow
      Equipment: Protector's Shield, Royal Guard's Helm, Butler's Tailcoat, Champion's Belt x2
She needs >795 crit here, but she shouldn't need nuts to get there.
Strategy change - instead of using Aeber's with Ochette on turn 3, use Draefendi's instead, it does more damage (and is cooler).
Second variation - 500k Limb from Limb
Make sure hikari does not have the Thunder's Roar equipped (any other spear will do)
On turn 3, don't boost the Hienka, and use Limb from Limb at max boost instead of Windswept Slash in the bonus turn. It should deal close to 500k damage.
