I've heard some people call Mystic Spearhand the most Vergil-pilled character that doesn't have a katana. Basically, you *are* hearing the storm that is approaching.
I think this works best as a mounting class. Foin to gap close, Feste to mount. Keep a charge of Forbeding Bolt active at all times and just stun lock large enemies like drakes while you just do mounted heavy attacks. Speregone is actually pretty good for damage as the amount of stamina needed before a full charge isn't too much. If you hit a vital spot you can do a 4th to half a health bar of damage with it. Mirour Shelde is also basically mandatory especially since it can stack with the Mage class's Halidom skill. Unto Heaven while funny, kinda sucks unless it can do major damage to large enemies. Can't confirm myself. The other skills feel pretty useless personally.
@@AtilonWoW I disagree. It's fun to do but the stamina cost for the damage it does ain't worth it. If you're fighting mobs you can just use Foin to warp to enemies and kill them almost as fast with half the stamina cost
@619Shippo Currently, I have a lot of videos in progress, including GOW Ascension, Dragon Dogma 2, Rise of Ronin, and the upcoming Stellar Blade. I'm undecided about covering Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, but I'll do my best to include it in the future.
I had the same problem, hold down Redouted bolt until it becomes Forbeding bolt like seen in the video. Then, once the bolt hits your foe, press the jump button.

Stick with it, it spike a lot later. Can very easily stunlock and kill drakes in a handful of seconds while also maintaining the flexibility to deal with groups readily. Has an on demand invincibility shield for the party too. What I find works best is wild furie, speargonne, ravenour's hond, and the shield. The stun is incredible too as their are no restrictions on what enemies it works against and can be charged while doing anything else creating an incredibly powerful loop of stunning, burning stamina on your damage abilities into another stun to easily absorb stamins, rinsing and repeating. Nevermind how much that stun helps your pawns as well.
Wait for the bubble shield. The bubble shield is unequivocally and objectively the greatest ability in the game. It completely eliminates the loss mechanic, you will never lose health again.
Yeah I'm not going to sit here and act like it's an end all be all, but it is powerful and I did feel what you were feeling until I started getting the later skills. Spearhand exists in this interesting space where it has a lot of novelty skills and a handful of verypowerful skills and it just backloads the powerful ones. I would say in total kit I'd put spearhand as maybe my pick for the third strongest in practical use behind magic archer and warfarer
I have a very strong dislike for the weapon on this class. The look of twin-spears and the way they animate just irks me a little. That said, I can't get over how fun this class looks, and while I don't wanna use the weapon, I do VERY much wanna use these skills.
Agreed; I wish there were more blunt duospears. I love the Fool's Prize for its aesthetic as a sort of weighted quarterstaff, but it gets outclassed very quickly. I'd also be satisfied with an ordinary, single-bladed spear...
Someone finally made a skill showcase for this, thank you!
ah yes the jedi/sith class
Wild furie, why do i hear "Iam the storm that is approachingggg!!!!"

Excited for the Sorceror video
If it were possible to use the skills without the need for the spear, only hand-to-hand combat, it would be the perfect class for Gojo Satoru💀
Should've been green and blue.
Rip magick knight, you will be missed
I have to agree.

Thank you great video
It's basically a Dragoon class
You think you could do Castlevania: Lords of Shadow?

Nah, Long Sword is Capcom's truest Weeb Vocation.

thank you.
Yes soon. But right now, I'm in the midst of creating the archer skills video, so it'll be a couple more videos until we have the mage showcase video.
