I have been doing such kind of warmups to recover from my injury. Please do suggest some more warmup exercises

Shoulder Mobility is really important. Thanks for making this video. Internal and external rotation both are equally needed for overall fitness. I had shoulder injury and because of that now I have extra external rotation and limited internal rotation. I'm facing issues doing overhead exercises. Can you please make a video on shoulder internal mobility and rehab exercises. That will be really helpful. Thanks.
