Not once does the host or the guests mention the neighborhood surrounding the project. Something that they keep referencing throughout the interview and would have been the very least in detail.

Of course they’re all making it sound like a great location…if you have a car. The neighborhood is full of homeless and old walkup apartments. I wouldn’t walk around there at night. It’s also right on Kapiolani so it’s really busy and noisy. Better to get a Diamond Head unit if you buy. But honestly I think it’s way overpriced because of its location. The surrounding area would probably never be updated because it’s got many small land owners with very old apartments. Also no construction has even started at all. The area has a fence around it but they haven’t even demolished the multiple apartments
