Your video is absolutely the best most unbiased source of information I’ve seen and very informative. All the others boast about the amenities and views but present no cons. Nearly every property has some cons, rarely is there a perfect property. The buildings all around the property are all old walkups and older condos. It can get very noisy at holidays with people blowing off bomb-style fireworks (yes it’s THAT loud) and kids drag-racing on their loud mopeds and motorcycles (almost every night). And yes it’s not a walkable location at night, I wouldn’t feel safe. Daytime walking is fine. Some units facing Kapiolani will see the Moi’ilili Japanese cemetery while others will face directly at the highrise condo next to the cemetery. To me this building is like a luxury oasis (posh amenities and units) in the middle of a desert (of older walkup apartments and a noisy busy street and cemetery view). Before buying, like any property, it would be good idea to go to the location at daytime and nighttime, talk to the locals, and really look around. That’s an accurate way to assess whether this or any property will be a solid investment for your future. Real estate is always about the location not just the amenities I couldn’t find information on estimated completion date. At least I couldn’t find it on the Kuilei Place website. 2026 seems very soon being less than 2 years away. The property still has multiple apartments that need to be demolished. I don’t see any progress besides a gated enclosure around the lot. And as we know the DPP is agonizingly slow to process permits 😢
After watching your videos, I've found them super helpful! I'm currently exploring Hawaii for a second home, and I'd love to work with you someday! 🏠🌴😄
Oh, that's understandable. Having a graveyard next door might feel a bit too close for comfort. It's essential for everyone to find a living space that aligns with their comfort and preferences. If the condos look amazing otherwise, maybe there are other options nearby that offer a similar appeal without the proximity to a graveyard. Feel free to explore different choices until you find the perfect place that feels just right for you! 🏡✨

Too bad there's a graveyard next door. Too close for comfort. Otherwise the condos look amazing.
