Love the electric cart ride, less background noise. (Was it just me or did my subconscious still hear the gas cart? 😮) My tip would be to have the inset of you two placed on lower left corner. I was getting a big view of the street while whizzing along and not much of a look of the houses. ??

You should do an opposite video, and show a few of the most affordable areas.
Maybe a 3-part video, most affordable in the North, most affordable between the 6s, and most affordable South.
All villages have designer homes, patio villas, Courtyard villas, etc. There really wouldn't be a least or most expensive village.

Wow! I have been driving past this Premier Neighborhood every week for the past 2 months for an in-home rehearsal on the next block down and never new it! You both truly find the hidden gems. Holly and Al are wonderful friends for you and shortly you'll have your right hand man, Mike back. Yes, a neighbor was probably thinking, "what is this idiot doing driving around in circles??" Made me laugh out loud! And yet, I would have also been that idiot driving around in circles (and driving my husband crazy at the same time.😏) Fun! fun!

When you turned into the Pinellas at Evans Prairie section, the yellow house that was straight ahead has been my favorite every since I saw it. Every time I golf at one of the three courses on Hendry that Jerry mentioned, I have to pass that street coming and going to the courses. I always have to look at that house.
After people come to your house to see How the Other Half Live, you can all come to our Patio Villa and we'll give you the 15 second tour 😊 Thanks for today's video. Those are beautiful homes! Up North we would occasionally drive around in similar neighborhoods and Oooh and Aaah.

I was in the Pinnellas Plaza on Monday! I missed you because I was busy watching mailbag Monday and didn't look up. 😂
The other day we saw the Harmeswood of Belle Aire gate off of Buena Vista (way north of 466 and north of El Camino Real) and decided to see what it's about. These are some of the most incredible homes in the Villages, in some cases far beyond what's seen in this video. Even the gates are upscale, not the typical arm but purpose-built ones that swing in. Curiously, when looking up the place on the map, it doesn't show as a dedicated neighborhood, and you need to know to turn on Avalos Drive to find it. It's a bit far for your golf cart but you might want to take a drive up there, if you haven't visited before -- what a gem in the Villages!

That neighborhood had the prettiest palms. I was confused when you turned and said electric motor whirring or something to that effect as I know both your carts are gas. Nice of your friends to loan it and it is great for cart commentary. I really think that they should make all the shopping, cart accessible, given a lot of people in their sunset years eventually give up driving their cars, but still want and need to be independent. I recently saw a video where 2 guys took a street legal cart from Boca Raton to Key West in about 10 hours. Both said they would not do it again without a compelling reason, but still awesome.

Thank you for the great ride. I am surprised that there are no side walks. Do people never walk their dogs? I did not mind to have no background music at all. I have a hearing issue which hearings aides cannot correct and background music is very distracting. I really like that you always provide caption too. Have a great weekend.

My favorite premier neighborhood is Bridgeport at Miona Shores. I texted "Little Bit" and he came down right away - always up for some J&L. We have the magnet hardware on our garages. I really want a pool because nobody needs to see the "cash and prizes" I'm offering, and I love the idea of cocktails and a dinner party around the pool. You would (of course) be invited. I like neutral colored homes. That's a hip roof, said Kit, the realtor of 30+ years. Do not miss the background music. Didn't even realize it was missing (or that you use it) until you mentioned it. I would love an RV garage that we could convert into a theatre for Ted. I think that style of home you like is a Sanibel. I would want to coordinate with my neighbor on the grass cutting. I think the lawns would be even, and it's probably much easier for the lawn company to get them all together at the same time. I was just on your website!

Did you prefer the electric carts to the gas carts? Much difference, power wise? I heard you mention about the trash can. How is trash picked up? So , you’re not allowed to put out a trash can? Also, is there a HOA in the villages.
No trash cans and no HOA. The electric heart is very nice, but different in operation than the gas. It has a great deal of torque and is a little bit jumpy on the take off.
Can’t say that these homes make my tail wag but I like that there is much more lawn. Are there other neighborhoods that also have pools? 🐾

Jerry, you mentioned a Chick Fil A at Trailwinds. We are not familiar with that one. We only know of the one up north in the Spanish Springs area.

A very friendly suggestion. When editing the video, you can mirror the camera footage from inside the cart. That way when you point left or right it will make more sense for the viewer. Great video, thanks for all you do!

Thank you for the ride-along. It’s been a little while. I think background music is for fine if there is no narrative, but I prefer the narrative. Weather report for NE Minnesota. Frost this week. Lost many flowers. Started pulling up gardens etc. I always am a bit sad when I do that.
