Just purchased my FlexFit chair from Staples Canada as well. Printed instructions were pretty sparse but I found you on TH-cam, and your video instruction was great! I'm sitting in it as I key this in. Would have been quicker to pay Staples the $20.00 build cost but at least with your help I managed it. The hardest part was getting the plastic wheels on. On the second wheel try I put on leather gloves to protect my soft salesman skin. Worked better that way. 😏
I just replaced my two Hyken chairs after 3 years (the netting became very stretched out and there is no support). I just purchased these two: www.staples.com/staples-traymore-ergonomic-faux-leather-swivel-computer-and-desk-chair-black-59425-cc/product_24328571 Union & Scale Industria (discontinued now on their website, unfortunately) Both have solid cushions and are much more supportive. Very happy with the new chairs so far!
