Yours Is a Face From a Dream is a song that I wrote over the course of a few years. I recorded it for an album prior to this one but was not satisfied with how it felt as a whole. And finally on this EP it came complete and exactly how I think the song should exist.
The song is about multi-dimensional dreaming. It's a matryoshka doll philosophical concept of dreams, where you wake up in hierarchy of dreams and never quite reach the outer-most layer of existence. Perhaps that layer doesn't exist and it is infinite as most matryoshka doll concepts.
It is also a love story that happens within multi-dimensional dreaming, where it becomes vague whether there's a loss of love or connection or the souls are just lost in the infinity of the layers.
