Engine idle ல ஓடவிட்டு, ரொம்ப நேரத்துக்கு choke பிடிச்சுக்கிட்டு 5 நிமிடங்களுக்கு அப்பறம் throttle கொடுத்தால்தான் engine வேகமாக இயங்குது. இப்படி செய்யாமல் start பன்ன உடனே throttle கொடுத்தால் off ஆய்டுது. இதற்கு என்ன காரணமாக இருக்கும் ஐயா?
Supernga. In my RX100, if i open the throttle for each gear shift the engine flutters and spatters and doesn't go more than 40 kmph. At the 4th gear, if i slowly / gradually increase ( in micro mm range) the throttle, the bike speeds up till 90 kmph, could go more, i haven't tested. I thought it could be Power coil, CDI unit issue and changed them both, but no good results. Please advice. If you are in coimbatore, I would like to show the bike to you. Thanks Bro!
Bro, the o-ring that sits under the mainjet is missing on my rx135 carb. I am not able to find a replacement. What are all issues that this o-ring might be causing to my bike?

In India, there is 5 speed carb and 4 speed carb for RX135/RX100. They have different main jet and pilot jet sizes for better fuel flow. Other than that both are CV(Constant Venturi) type carburetor.

I need immediate help from you. I had cleaned carborator and reed valve of my RX 100 yesterday. After refitting, when I started, the idle speed is not working at all. When accelerate, engine works smoothly. I had tried my level best making adjustments on air screw and idla screw at all positions. I had also made little adjustment on the float that, the part, which presses the pin to close inflow, was lifted for enhancing the closing efficiency. What could be responsible for not working in idle?. . Could it be because some dust deposited in the idle hole, which prevent flow of fuel?, or excess closure of float vslve pin? Need your advice urgently.
Try to adjust throttle cable free play, you can adjust it on top of carburettor or near handlebar cable end. The carb slide may be at bottom, by adjusting it we may get better fuel flow.

Bike nalla condition la irundha, 500 to 600kms per day ride pannalam. Take 30 to 45mins break atleast every 150kms and thanks bro for supporting.

Mostly you won't need carb kit. Just dismantle, clean the parts, clean the main jet and pilot jet carefully then assemble it bro.
