You should have put the lobes on your steel clutch plates 90 degrees to each other not all on the same spot.

There are two parts, top end(cylinder and piston) bottom end (crank, gear, clutch etc). When cylinder is rebored, performance will increase but less mileage. Bottom end restoration is for worn-out parts, like bearing, crank reset, clutch reset, clutch plates replacement. Overall there will be some increase in performance and smooth riding conditions.

Obviously saving money not using a driving tool for bearings or heating the cases and cooling the bearing for easier insertion , never mind washing all that grit into the bearings in the crankcases, hammering the pin through the small end bearing....
