Tune as per video, we can tune without meter, based on the engine sound we can tune. 1 and 1/2 turn around. Can tune based on engine sound, read the instruction in the video and try.
Ur great it correctly this idle set is best 1100 to 1380 is industrial tuning of all engine spec

its 5 speed engine with rx135 silencer and inside mufler rx100.
Brother, to me it feels a totally wrong way of tuning the carburettor.
You dont have to set the idle at 4000 RPM to adjust the AFR screw.
You can keep it 10-20% higher than desired idle RPM. Then you can adjust the AFR screw to the a setting where RPM reaches the highest (AFR screw should be at 1-1/4 turn open from fully closed, when you start adjusting it). Once adjusted the AFR screw (1/2 turn at a time) to the highest RPM setting, then you can adjust the Idle screw to your desired idle RPM.
This was the first part.
Secondly, you have to re-adjust the AFR screw till idle RPM reaches the highest and then you have to re-adjust the idle screw to the desired idle RPM.
Job done.
Above instructions are as per RX100/RX135 carburettor OEM, Mikuni Corp specified way.
Tip: Engine idling speed can be set to lower than 1200 RPM, for a clean stroke and smooth running of engine.
we can set any rpm range for tuning, AFR screw position will be 1+1/2 then 1/4 variation + or -. . Then idle for rx135 is 1500 rpm, for rx100 1200 rpm.
1200 rpm will not set for rx135 4 speed, check the manual.

Before tuning ur carburettor please ensure that bike engine is hot.. otherwise in cold engine it will not be tuned properly.. Ride for 10 mins then tune

Bro i have a doubt regarding a rx 100,the carb air screw in my bike is at 1.5 thread out but now the slow speed nut is not having any response if i tighten it rpm increases but when i loosen it the rpm comes down to some point but the vehicle never stops even if i loosen the whole of the slow speed nut
Check the cable bro, cable not having free play. Please adjust the carb top nut in clock direction or adjust the cable top nut.

How we can increase mileage of rx
Rx134 4 speed gives 40 to 50 km, but rx100 and rx135 5 speed are very less mileage.
My bikes gives better millage around 45 range. For better millage, the bike should be in better engine condition, perfect carb, reed valve, full coil set are too good condition.

How much turn on air screw? Also check the Reed valve. If Reed valve have more cap, no idle.

Nice video... i hav a problem in my rx135. It runs good for like 2 or 3 minutes max. Then engine stalls.
After 10 mins its not starting at all but once it cools down it does.
Any idea why...?
check the spark plug, its oil in plug?

@@nurealamjiku6230 Keep try in different position of air screw, and learn your self. Best positiin is 1and 1/2 and + or - 1/4 as per rxg manual.
In your 5 speed, can you fit the silencer's mounting bolt below the clutch case to the bikes frame? It's not aligning properly with 6 hole silencer. Think the mounting / anchoring bolt location in rx135 5 speed is different. But it's aligning if we use cat silencer.
Both fitments are different
It's 4 speed model, cannot fit the cat silencer properly.

Sir what should be the ideal rpm of a ported RX 135
for 4 speed, 1500 as per manual, for 5 speed 1250, so the same 1250 rpm speed applicable for ported rx.

I am not sure about rs100, are you mean rx100? For rx100 company recommended 1.25 + or - .5 turn. The turn will vary each rx100, you have to find the right high rpm while tuning.

What's your current piston size bro bcoz my rx135 5 speed peaks at 4300+ rpm at around 2.5 turns out(airscrew).. I'm running on .50 2nd oversize piston..stock condition with catcon and no porting job or any other alterations.
I think you're doing wrong. For rx135, it 1.5 (+or - .25) turn. Find the max rpm in the range of 1.5 around. My piston is .25.
Do one think, increase the idle screw and set the rpm 4000, then set the air screw around 1.5, then check the rpm.

Same, but this one based on electonic, so some minor difference there.
We can tune with rxz rpm meter, but this meter is better for tuning.

The problem is when i shift in 2nd gear and accelerate over 4k rpm it does not take high rpm in 3rd is same problem how can i fix this power loss problem. You have inspect the engine, if engine is good,check all the coils.
First check the ignitiin coil

yes, if you rotate anticlockwise, the petrol flow reduced and allow more air to the cylinder. The perfect tuning will give performance and fuel efficency.
