Was a little po'd about getting backstabbed in the Fab dungeon, while trying to kill the boss. But I picked myself up, grabbed my pickaxe and within 40 min outside the town near the river; I mined 10000 calx and sold in five minutes for 7 gold. Could've gotten more for it. But the expediency of the sale got me back to where I was before I died. Armor and all. It surprises me how cheap armor can be sometimes.

I think one of the important things to remember as a newer player is you can't repair gear, you can only replace it. You're going to lose it eventually when it the durability runs out, so you may as well wear it and make use of it whilst you have it.

Zero to hero is really fun. It doesnt take long to get to a new town and set up shop with basic mats. My buddy and I are also planning a trip east after we spend some more time in JC (which is fun as hell in a wild west sort of way)

What I like about this game that I didn't like about Escape from Tarkov, is that you can get your stuff back in Mortal Online 2. If you die in a relatively big fight, and you manage to die in a bush, most likely your stuff is there. In Tarkov I usually sneaked around the map for 20 minutes, trying to do a mission, only to get sniped in the head, and not accomplishing anything since most missions require that you extract. I gave up on Tarkov, but still haven't given up on MO2.

By pure accident I've made almost the exact same stat's character as you, was drawn to it for the purpose of solo play and exploration. I've embraced that dying is part of the whole experience. Yet I've only been gangked twice. And I've travelled on foot from tindrem, lived In meduli, vadda, bakti, mohki. Currently taking a holiday in Toxai and morin kur, would be rad to bump into you around there someday!

Great video dude, i play solo a lot and i must say i do have a little bit of gear fear but only when using my ranger armor because i can't make it just yet! grinding gold atm so i can buy a queen egg and make it to hyllspeia to grab the book. I always have about 4 or 5 sets in my bank that i've bought from the broker so i hope to see you in game so i can give you a bunch of resources/gold and stock up on ranger gear ✌🏼

I learned not to fear death from playing Albion Online for a while. In MO2 gear is quite cheap for medium quality roaming gear. (3-10 gold) and you can farm that in 45 mins at the zombies outside any major city.
My only gripe with dying is when I spent over an hour riding out on 1 horse, taming a 2nd one and had to foot walk back to town with 2 bc my pet points won't allow me to ride 1 yet. And I'm 100 meters outside of town and 2 morons walk out and kill my horses and ride off.

I got 6k hours in rust, i lost gear fear a very very long time ago on any game, but i do get nervous still because im competitive an want to win... You WILL NOT win them all, but you can damn sure try your hardest an learn from your mistakes

Gearfear has created some very easy fights where we've been outnumbered.
