    Let’s not forget, nor deny, that this level of flexibility is not the norm, that it is VERY advanced, and that it is truly OK if you are far from it! Even if you barely can sit down, straight legs and back, it’s already a HUGE accomplishment! You got this 💪

      I finally had one of my two orders. But , I ’ve never had my first one.
      I was a Business Woman as Mauricette and finally she’s my sister.
      She doesn’t want to come back on youtube Channel ’cause her work now leads her to Mountains for ice dancing .
      She went to buy a flat over there and leave the beach, because she’s passionate.
      Without passion you can’t win .

    Cassie!! You've been my fitness coach for over 8 years now. You are seriously the best! You should receive a Nobel Peace Prize for your service to humanity. Was it not for you, I would probably be sick and in terrible physical condition for being too sedentary. I love you!

    Your 30 min splits stretching routine from last year was amazing, it took me 'only' 4 months to get in the splits on both sides. Can't wait to try this one out!

    I am a few inches away from getting my splits!! I have been stretching for a year, fairly consistently, and I am almost there! It is all thanks to all of Casey's flexibility videos they have helped me soooo much! It has taken me a long time, but flexibility is different for everyone, and that is completely okay :) thank you Casey for all of your videos, they have gotten me to where I am today

    Just wanted to say that if this video doesn't get you anywhere close to the splits, it doesn't mean you aren't making a ton of progress! I started out doing the Blogilates 30 day split challenge about 3 years ago. It took me 1.5-2 years to get into front splits on both legs. Now, I can do middle splits. I always need to do a set of stretches before getting into them and it took me A LOT longer than 30 days. But Cassey's stretches work (especially when done after a cardio workout), work super well. I used to have a ton of inflammation in my ankles and legs and they even helped me.

      My fave stretch is Chloe Tings cool down stretch where she is wearing horts not long leggings. I slow down the playback speed and it gives me a great total body stretch. I find these stretches for splits actually irritate my hips and hamstrings a lot and don't help at all when I have low back pain. Always engage the glutes when doing lunge style stretching so u are keeping the low back protected.

    I've been working on my splits semi-regularly for the past two years. I took Cassey's suggestion about using the block but put it under my thigh, since it can't reach the ground yet, and WOAH!!! Dramatic difference afterwards in the stretch. I hadn't seen progress like that the whole time and I have done a lot of stretching videos, some Blogilates and some yoga.

      We don’t invent Ballerina and if you want the grace of a dancer , you should think about taking Classical Dance Class .
      I THANK the person who saw the logic And , Criticism is not there to be mean But so that you can continue your courses with good manners.
      Cassey, Take real Classes and you will know that a class said of this Name, is about an hour and a quater long , including 3/4 of an hour at the barre and then Without. Not so Bad 🌬❔

    I haven’t stretched for over Year due to an injury with my knee, it’s finally better, I tried this, not even being able to stretch without it hurting, but after it felt so much better and I felt much more flexible. Thank you!!!

    Thank you for this delicious stretch! I have been working on the splits since January and I am nearly there. We are definitely not created symmetrical. You should watch some of the rad videos on here about the jaw and psoas connection! It's so wild how we can release that left side!!

    just barley got my middle splits and L & R front splits back, but still have a lot more to go. every minute of it is so relieving and relaxing. so glad i got back into it 🙏🏼💯❤️

    i strained my left leg years ago and now i still can only do splits with the right leg in front but im patient with my body and i hope one day i can get there on the other side too

    Today I was feeling more flexible on my left side than my right ✌️. I always start my stretches with butterfly then straddle ( with some side moves) and then I go down on my straddle ,in this way I feel more flexible ✌️.

    Yayyyyy!!! I love my purple Popflex yoga blocks sooo much!!! The posts on IG about the fish and Bridge poses were so helpful, and I love learning of new ways to use them! Thank you for this video! Please do more for at home use of weights, booty bands, and yoga blocks! A video all about the upper back and shoulders and if/how the blocks could help with that would be very much appreciated, please! I loved the video about how to do the wall stretches for the upper back, but a more in depth, longer tutorial would be so much fun, and very interesting!

    After the first stretch I sat in the butterfly position waiting for the second stretch which turned out to be the butterfly haha

    Thank you once again, Cassey. Today i achieved the splits just about on both sides. Left side for me is way more flexible than my right. Ouch. But good ouch xx

    Here's an idea: Can you pretty please make exercises to do in the office cubicle?? I don't deal with clients, so It would be so helpful!!

    Would it be possible for you to make more stretching routines? I enjoy stretching much more than typical workouts so they're basically the only thing I do everyday and I'd love some that really work you and get your heart rate up but also don't require loads of time or anything

    I love your workouts but at 17 weeks pregnant I’m starting to really struggle with my fitness and flexibility. I would love it if you could do a couple of pre natal work outs!
