What about 88% dark chocolate? Is 2 oz per day over doing it as far as saturated fat is concerned?

Is arsenic in brown rice something to be concerned about? I stopped eating all rice for this reason and seem to be having benefits like less less numbness in my right hand at the fingers. Any thoughts? Anthony
