    My EDC for the past 10+ years has been the P229 in 357Sig.

    I have both. Not sure which will be my EDC
    I like the double action/ single action on the 229
    I’m old school and prefer the 357 cartridge so U bought both

      I carried the 320 for several years until I purchased the 229. I carry the 229 now because I like the SA/DA better than the striker fired.

    Great thorough video. The 229 definitely seemed to have less muzzle flip and faster target acquisition after firing. Helped me make a decision between the 2. Thank you!

      I believe the 229 is discontinued. The great thing about the 320 is the modular system. You can change out any part of the gun from the grip module, trigger, barrel. Already cut out for optics, and comes with their Siglite.

    Hey Man, really good video, Thanks! Do you know of any aftermarket companies that make Pinky Extended Base Plates for the Sig 229 Pro? Thank you......

      Looks like Armory Craft does make an extension for the P229 magazine. Thanks for watching!

      @@kentuckychorizoYes, without a safety. The 229 I carry now also does not have a safety. Striker fired and DA pistols are safe to carry without a safety. A safety is just one more thing you have to remember if you ever get in a situation where you need your weapon.

    Of the two, I'd pick the P229 :) Yours looks to be around mid 90s ? with E2 grips Very comprehensive video, thanks for sharing.

    Wow thats a lot of grain. My bullets have 115gr of powder. But im no expert. Why would you want bullets with so much powder? Whats the difference?

    • @DoubleEagleGunworks
      @DoubleEagleGunworks  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      The 165 grains and the 180 grains are the weights of the bullets, not the powder charge.
