Okay, as a sheik I was gonna make a joke about this being a bad video but it was actually super well done. Like the editing style a lot, wish there were more simplified gameplan videos like this for a bunch of characters.
This is amazing. From a low-level Falco, it covered everything I could possibly imagine for common scenarios without losing me with minutae that I can't implement. I cannot believe this isn't Falco: Dissected on MetaFy. Fiction's great, but you've used more concise, direct examples AND counterexamples (helpful for scrubs like me) in a 5 minute video than he did in 4 hours. Editting had me cackling the entire time. I really cannot thank you enough for this sort of content ❤
Everyone's complimenting the editing, but I want to specifically call out just how much attention to detail there is here. Little things that appear onscreen for less than a second total are still animated correctly, such as the gen3 Pokemon confusion animation over Falco's head at 3:03 - pause the video and step through it frame by frame and you'll see that the birds pass behind his feathers as you would expect. Most youtube content would just superimpose the animation directly over the Melee footage and call it a day, and most viewers probably wouldn't even notice.
Thank you for the good video, ending felt a little abrupt, maybe add an endslate with music? Content and editing were dope and was the most attention ive given to melee in a while
