How to PayPal WITHOUT fees. Don't spend more than $4.99 for domestic or international payments!

I made this video out of frustration with PayPal. The naming of the different sending services is confusing and I HATE paying a $100 fee because my settings are off. You don't need to pay more than $4.99 for almost any transaction if you know what you are doing. Friends and Family is the name of a service NOT a requirement for who you can send money to or the purpose of that money. Please watch this video and share this with anyone who uses PayPal.
And yes, I do have 1 Jillion USD in my account. muahahahahahahahahahah.... (whatever)

Sorry, but this is very theoretic - In reality you can't avoid fees in most cases. For example if you live in a country with different currency than what you are receving in your PayPal, you will pay 4€ conversion fee during transfer to your bank account. The video only describes how to avoid it if everything is ideal.

Is 4.99 not a fee…? Why do all these videos show the obvious but advertise like they have a shortcut for… NOT PAYING ANY FEES , on PayPal 🙄

The $4.99 is only if you choose the "Business transaction" option and you pay for it to be secure. If you choose the "Friends and Family" option there is no fee.

They've hidden it on the final page, just as you're about to confirm payment. Up near the top, under where it shows the amount you're paying, it's most likely already selected as "Business Transaction." You have to hit "Change," next to that, and it will pop up with the two options.
