@Mark Smileer im almost as clueless as you, but i think if you don´t have a credit card but you do have a cellphone, you can only recieve money and it gets stored in paypal. if you wanted to retrieve that money you need to link a credit card or a bank account

Yes. Cards and bank are the same. Use a debit card.
