Hi Mike, I love your channel and have learned so much from your videos. I am wondering if you might have any thoughts about an issue I am having? I've had a runaway diesel on my 93 200tdi due to oil separator dumping oil into my air intake and then through the rest. It starts and sounds fairly good. I replaced separator with uprated Alisport one. I cleaned everything out/ up and starts and runs (roughly but runs) going into 3rd it's a little sluggish. After I took it around the block a few times, I parked it to continue work another day. When I came back to it, I had oil coming out the duckbill on my air filter housing. It's not my turbo as I've checked that. It's got some blue smoke when taking off on drive. Any thoughts at all, I am truly stumped!
Is disconnecting the pump valve enough, or should I also disconnect the injectors? In the video I can see probably diesel squirting from somewhere of pump area.
@@BritannicaRestorations ok thought so, basically I have a very rough idle whitish grayish smoke, puffing intermediately and now a looks like oil diesel leak from the rear of the engine :/

Not sure for the 200 but the 300 is as follows: RAVE 300tdi manual info for compression test states 348psi on each cylinder in good order +/- 10% They 'should' be about the same

The Td5 only has 4 glow plugs

How would you do a compression test for a 2.25 diesel, series 3?
You need and adaptor to go into the glow plug hole

What PSI do you pump through the wastegate and fuel pump diaphragm? I dont want to damage anything with too much pressure.
0.93 - 1.07 Bar (13.5 - 15.5 Psi) at actuator 'T' piece.
How much has to be the Compression Ratio? I have in my 200 TDI 280 -290
