Students are advised to complete the diploma in astrology before joining CA so that they can easily guess the ICAI's assumptions, and what they are thinking, or else they'll be stuck in this vicious 6-month cycle forever.
The following issues can be easily addressed by icai if kept their ego aside- 1. Issue suggested answers immediately after exams and be open to accepting issues highlighted by various stakeholders in the exam paper upto a certain date. 2. Allow students to apply for revaluation of their copies
Sir, this is extremely disheartening. I appeared for November 23 exam for both groups. FR paper was so vague and full of mistakes. It was nearly impossible to manage that paper along with the numerous mistakes in the Question paper in those 3 hrs of exam. I was trembling after coming out of the exam centre after the paper. It was nearly a traumatic experience. It had an extremely bad impact on all the following papers for me. When the results were announced and after seeing few of the certified copies of friends,I felt people, who have tried to solve Q 1 conceptually, have gotten less marks than others who have written anything. It seems that conceptual clarity is not valued in this paper's checking at all. I really hope that this should never be repeated by the Institute ever. And I want to thank you for your immense support to all the students.
Suggestion/Need for release of Suggested answers prior to release of exam results! The world's largest accounting body needs to be transparent enough with its stakeholders- students. They must ensure timely release of Suggested within a week or 2 of the exams. If possible the marking scheme should be made public to aid the students academically.

Sad truth is nothing is gonna happen. Faculties will keep making videos like this, ICAI will keep deducting student's marks. Everyone is happy except for the students. Prepare in such a way that even if there are errors like this from the institute, you are able to pass/attain exemption. Account for error of 20 marks and Target for maximum marks. It's not like everyone has failed right? 9% did pass, inspite of these mistakes. Sounds harsh, I know. But there's no other way. These mistakes will keep happening. Nothing can be done.

I have also appeared in nov 23 exam not only in Fr but I have also suffered in my elective GFRS where same question of book was marked as wrong which is correct word to word and around 10 marks is not given to me which lead to not earning exemption in both GFRS and Fr paper....I don't know whether this will transform in future or not but what as a student we have suffered, this can't be compensated in any ways not even with grace marks..as many students have different problems and struggle in their every attempt financial, personal etc..we are feeling like a victim and getting punished for dreaming to be a CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT one day.....

Let me share my example, when i had problem on cds and they were not replying for >15 days i forwarded mail to head of cds and after that cds department replied in 3 hours. Please try it sir.

Group 1 is worst .got 182 184 now 195 in in last three attempts. Comprted. Both cma inter and final after my group 1 attempt. 😂 Why in the hell there is such disparity in group 1 and group 2. Its because of elective economiclaw ?

Sir I was not awarded Grace marks though I attempted the Share Based Payment Question. Moreover I was not awarded any marks for the Legal cost Question as well.

My 2 cents guys, if you really want to pass and want to see a tag of CA infront of your name, then don't involve in all these kind of videos. I knows there are some mistakes, lets assume 10-15 marks of mistakes would be there in the paper in May 24 also. So what you gonna do? Blame icai and again prepare for Nov 24 or focus on your 85-90 marks? Guys do your preparation well, revisions, rtp, mtps, paper solving, etc. Do your "karm" and dont think of the results too much. Edit: I was also not able to clear in my 1st attempt, but I honestly don't blame icai for that. There are my friends who have scored AIR2,8,20,32,35, etc. So after talking to them, I realised where I lacked. You guys also please focus on your mistakes and not icai mistakes about which you can't do anything.

Students objective in exams is not to provide an answer Rather first find missing errors in question paper then pray to God Please be correct in the ICAI perspective also, last on luck factor (examiner in good mood while checking answer copy. )

I’m a chartered accountant now but I have also gone through this…first they failed in group 1, then I applied for reevaluation they increased my marks….due to which my second group is impacted a lot….but ICAI seriously needs to make changes in their system

I don't understand why ICAI is so early in releasing suggested (pun intended) I mean so early that it releases its suggested almost 2 months after the results are declared probably it's the only exam where answers are released after results are declared , exams like UPSC civil services release their suggested answer key immediately after exams so that students can cross verify but ICAI releases it's suggested 2 months after results are declared or we can say 4 months after you have appeared for exam and it's obvious that you must have forgotten what you have written in your exam and cross checking can't be done and moreover some solutions in suggested are wrong which makes it more frustrating for students.

Just saw suggested answers of all papers....like literally word by word matching with answers in sfm, audit and law and they are cutting marks. Atleast 15 marks word to word no marks or less marks given. Theory they target. I got 190 passed in all subjects group 1. But cant do anything now as i can see many are facing same issues. But will try to keep aggregate 60% otherwise kuch ni ukhad sakte icai ka

As a CA - foundation student this behaviour not only scares me but also demotivates me and forces me to leave this course.
FR me sirf 7 marks se Fail ho gya..baki sare subject me pass ...Both group Total is 390, if FR paper theek hota to CA ban gya hota

I don't agree November exam I failed in fr 32 and law 38 I saw in my answer paper but I got exactly 200 mark and clear the exam

if possible please take support from Supreme Court or MCA .

Edit: I was also not able to clear in my 1st attempt, but I honestly don't blame icai for that. There are my friends who have scored AIR2,8,20,32,35, etc. So after talking to them, I realised where I lacked. You guys also please focus on your mistakes and not icai mistakes about which you can't do anything.

Edit: Aur if 20 marks ki galti bhi thi, jo nahi hai aaj tak kisi bhi paper mein. Can't icai expect you to score 40/80? And as per the trend if mistakes hoti hai, toh icai grace marks bhi deta hai

Sir paper mei itni subjectivity h. Bas 100%mcqs hojae to b lakho bacho ka future bach jaega. Bhale hi percentile system krlo. But atleast objective hona chaie

They are already manipulating MCQ marks. And also giving answers in 2 Q in May 23 & Nov 23.
Nothing will change even if it becomes 100% MCQ.
The corruption is deep.
People who are on the chair are joke ... exam, syllabus everything is messed up.
Students objective in exams is not to provide an answer
Rather first find missing errors in question paper then pray to God
Please be correct in the ICAI perspective also, last on luck factor (examiner in good mood while checking answer copy. )
sir literally bhot blunder hai...mtlb im doing SFM and Forex ka ek sum match ni hoparha hai nt cuz maine concept galat lagae hai...kyunki icai apne maaaan se decimal points lerha hai...kahi 2 kahi 4..aur kisi ksisi mein apne maan mutbik decimal round off krderha hai...iske wajese bhottt zyda diff arha hai ans mein...icai should come up with clarity in sfm...ki kitna decimal le nd kaee round off kre ans aur decimls

Sir 3 attempt se ye hi ho raha hai , mere sath wale mere second group clear hone ke bad (unhone quit kr di thi ca) now they are mba and m not even a CA till now , apan vohi semi qualified.

I’m a chartered accountant now but I have also gone through this…first they failed in group 1, then I applied for reevaluation they increased my marks….due to which my second group is impacted a lot….but ICAI seriously needs to make changes in their system

I don't understand why ICAI is so early in releasing suggested (pun intended) I mean so early that it releases its suggested almost 2 months after the results are declared probably it's the only exam where answers are released after results are declared , exams like UPSC civil services release their suggested answer key immediately after exams so that students can cross verify but ICAI releases it's suggested 2 months after results are declared or we can say 4 months after you have appeared for exam and it's obvious that you must have forgotten what you have written in your exam and cross checking can't be done and moreover some solutions in suggested are wrong which makes it more frustrating for students.

Very true it was my first attempt and SFM paper was very much affected due to this blunder of FR.
Just remember guys, the course registration for CA Final is for 10 years. They want us to write forever.

Just saw suggested answers of all papers....like literally word by word matching with answers in sfm, audit and law and they are cutting marks. Atleast 15 marks word to word no marks or less marks given. Theory they target.
I got 190 passed in all subjects group 1.
But cant do anything now as i can see many are facing same issues. But will try to keep aggregate 60% otherwise kuch ni ukhad sakte icai ka
Average 15 marks deducted in each subject. DTL & IDT MCQ se deducted 😢
