    Thank you very much! I found it so interesting to know that anger and frustration is stored in the throat chakra. I practice with you every Monday, and I always learn something! I have noticed that I always clench my teeth, when I have strong emotions. Now I have a way to quickly release it. ❤ bless you and your team. 😊
