- Hi! This is my first video ever so I apologize in advance LOL. I love watching BOS tours, so I thought I would share mine in hopes to inspire like others have inspired me. ❤️

Holy cow I love your book, its unorganized and has some dark shadow work in there, it's awesome. My book is unorganized as well, no index, its both a grimoire and a BoS but I really don't care about labeling it either or, it is what it is. Great video
I think some of the best books arent labeled, they just are. I wanted this book to be a reflection of myself and to have a mix of both shadow and light. I am so happy you resonated with it. If you ever do a tour of your book, I would love to see. Thanks so much for your comment!

I think just doing the crystals you actually have is a good idea and also makes your book personal. You don't need to just copy a generic list. You just need a handy reference that is useful for YOU.
I'mma be honest....I dislike watching videos cuz I forget all the things I wanted to comment on by the time I'm done watching 😂 so I'm pausing it periodically to type!
I looove how it's not super organized. I'm struggling with that in my own BoS - needing one subject in one place. But your book doesn't seem chaotic or messy at all, so maybe I'll be okay if I don't have all my Litha blessings in one spot!
Looove the multimedia in your Book - print outs, cards, stickers, artwork, etc.
I really love 'your name is your song'. What a lovely piece of inspiration! I'll have to try something similar.
And lastly, I looove the shadow side of your book 😍 so mysterious!

That is a beautiful book mine is more plain. I have added a few pictures in it and other things as I can't draw that well. So on certain pages I would use old calendars and add them to my Magical Journal. I am known as Shywitch. I do have another youtube channel as I am on a different laptop, with different gmail account.
I’ve gone through a very hard time that has put me down for a LONG time. I love the idea of the name song. I’m trying to come up with positive things for each of my letters. THIS is going to be HARD but I think it will be therapeutic as well.....thank you

😱😱😱!! YOU ARE AMAZING!!.The work you put into that book is priceless!..I admire you 4 it! .I, on the other hand, have extreme ADHD mixed with sloppiness. LOL...I would love to make something so meaningful and beautiful...I own so many witchy items that are lost in the matrix of my home, and I can never find anything when I need it...I always need LUCIFERs help to locate my books, decks, etc...I have a few beautiful books like that, but I never found the stillness and focus to write my magick stuff and messages in them yet...My magick journal is called MY PHONE...LOL. I send pictures and text the messages to myself.....😆..Then I 4get about them!!🙄

Anton LaVey influences my practice a lot as well. I consider myself to be a Satanic Witch, and even though I greatly respect and admire Mr. LaVey, I'm not the biggest fan of the Church of Satan's attitude (but some of their burns on Twitter are funny lol). I align more with the The Satanic Temple, personally. I don't consider myself pagan or wiccan, more an eclectic witch who is a Satanist.
Side note, completely unrelated, I dont like christianity or Catholicism at all, but I find I really love gregorian chants, it helps me focus and to meditate. Gregorian chant with heavy metal is amazing.
Kiara I totally agree! Love Anton but the First Church of Satan- in my opinion has some pretty outdated attitudes- again just my opinion. I’ve met some folks who are involved with the Satanic Temple and it seems like I much more open environment which I like. Gregorian chants are great and now I need to find some with metal mixed in!!

12:00 I kind a regret putting the notes in here. And that is a huge reason why I avoid doing an "official" BOS. I have a book or two that I keep general ideas and notes but I am always changing and so are my ideas and practice. Plus I'm not a overly traditional ideas person anyway. Just because I do something once a way and it works doesn't mean I'll do it the same way again. So in that way I don't really need a BOS. I am a practical and random person who lives my life as life presents itself to me and a BOS seems to be more organized and lineal where as I tend to be spontaneous, abstract and spur of the moment. I sometimes wish I could be more organized and BOS focused but I'm not. That's why, I think, I enjoy watching videos on BOS tours. I can see them and enjoy them yet not need or have one of my own. Yours, by the way, is wonderful and congrats on having it. 14:39 Live in the Grey. I enjoyed hearing that, magick isn't white, black grey or any other color the person using it creates the intent. I am very much into nature, but the real of nature not the fluffy bunny Wicca idea. Nature, by nature, is Grey neither white nor black She just is. If you gotten though this long comment I commend you and thanks for reading it.

I think that you're totally right about being able to live your life and going with the randomness of the universe and not really needing a BOS. I would say the Goddess is a part of my shadow self because for a while I didn't want to have anything to do with Her after being bullied by some female pagans and witches. I tried to share my path as a pop culture pagan and witch and they thought I wasn't 'real.' Right now, I've started to slowly open myself up to Her and have decided to start a healing journey with Her. Blessings ^^

do these grimores actually work?
I think it works like the same way a prayer would work. If you put intention and energy into it, the spells seem to work, but I think it could also be luck, good timing etc. I don't think that a grimore will bring anything extra into your life, unless you put actual work in making things happen for yourself anyway. For me it is more of a place to express my spirituality in a creative way.
