Beginner Jump Rope Guide To Improve Your Agility and Coordination !!

  • These are some of my staple movements to improve my agility and coordination to overall improve my athleticism. Jump roping has been game changing for me in terms of performance and appearance. If other forms of cardio are boring to you, put on some good music and have fun! 🕺🏽

    Any tips for double unders been having a really hard time getting a grasp on them

      The doubles are more advanced because you really need to be light on your feet. So this is definitely not a movement you can get ahead on unless you're comfortable with the more basic movements. BUT! I little cheat code that I have is using 5lb ankle weights!! Perform basic jump rope movements with the weights and then take them off and your feet will feel so might lighter and responsive off the ground. Can find some good inexpensive ones off Amazon or at your gym possibly. Not to mention, adding weights to any movement is a progressive overload and you're improving your performance output!! Win Win situation.
