- Conflicting issues with the Stihl manual procedure for resetting the auto tune system known as Mtronic. The instructions state to turn off the saw with out touching the throttle after letting it idle in the choke position for 90 seconds. Well short of using a jumper wire, that is impossible on this saw.
Also shown is some poor geometry on the choke lever. The choke lever is almost straight across requiring quite a tug to get the butterfly to start moving.
