Hey man! I'm fit over 50, so I practice using shape 1 with elbows and hammer fist strikes and palm strikes! I don't wonna break my hands! LOL Great stuff!

Where can I learn Defense Lab/Keysi? I am in Western NC and there are no places to learn this in person

Great combos! Would you be able to show DL Shape 1 with some elbow combinations or possibly flow into another shape? High, mid, low, etc? I'd imagine if you were caught in DL Shape 1 that you would be in a close enough range where elbows might be the closest weapon.

This is a great idea for a future video. And yes, being that close, i would opt for the maximum use of the elbows. And there are so many options for them here.

I am pretty fond of the Spear system, and it's development process. And I think both systems could be flowed together perfectly.
