I train fasted at 6am and then protein straight after workout and for lunch. For Dinner I’ll get carbs in with more protein but im not looking to get to your size just looking lean. Am i doing it right or wrong?

@@ricktrue8441 what are you getting at ? If this is relating to steroid usage no not really, he isn’t using insulin so there isn’t any pinning going on pre workout. Test is injected 2-3 times per week . Check out our full day of eating, he went pretty far naturally. Hope that helps!
I think that's a cornerstone of everybody's bodybuilders meal chicken and rice, and you can't go wrong with that!! It's pretty basic and to the point!!

Any food before a wout restricts blood flow to the muscles. It's taken up with digestion and lowers blood flow. Thus I s wh y we feel nauseous.

@muscleandstrength That's because they don't understand how the energy supply works. You are using the energy already" in storage", such as glycogen in the muscle tissue.
The blood supply is part of that delivery, but another is required for the digestion shortly after a meal.
