It would be great if you equip yourself to ms. chalice in the mausoleum, cuphead or mugman appears saying that while exploring the astral plane they were trapped in the mausoleum, and that while they were trapped, they found a strange magic, giving it to ms. chalice so you have an excuse to get the power without the legendary chalice.
That would mean they've already met ms chalice before the events of the mausoleum which skews with the introduction dialogue which states it's their first time meeting each other
I mean, it makes sense that there's no change if you're playing them as Ms. Chalice. You can't *normally* play as her, so the game devs didn't make a special scene for her beating it. It'll always be the same, because it's not *meant* to be different
