Thank you! It’s so entertaining and enjoyable to watch your cooking and even more so your reactions from eating 😅😊❤. One question always in my mind- why in Japanese cuisine we rarely see green or color leafy vegetables (spinach. Kale, broccoli etc.) except cabbage etc. ? Are they not grown locally?
We do often use spinach, broccoli and other leafy vegetables probably not kale, we don't grow them much. I may tend to use cabbage more often than others..😆
@@masacooking hahaha. Cabbage has a lot of nutritional value too and sounds crunchy for cutting effect 😆. Kale is super veggie i especially love purple kale which I add a handful into fruits n vegetables smoothie with kefir. Often throw a cup of kales into my soup or noodle soup. Probably too healthy for cooking shows😅

Maz老師在大約七八年前就在台灣深根他的視頻了,之前他是待過加拿大,中文說得很好,曾經有過短暫出現在陶晶瑩的節目當中,節目裡面也是一位很棒的廚師,他在台灣已經出過好幾本料理書了,圖文並茂,可以參考看看,一般其他Y T的視頻只要是日本家庭主婦幾乎都非常會煮飯,色香味俱全,擺盤的美學幾乎是日本人天生DNA的血液
日本人吃鮭魚或者是鯖魚非常有一套,他們的醃漬醬汁又非常的多元化,通常日本家庭主婦都會用味噌醃魚或是米麴煙魚,非常道地

Masa老師,我也時常這樣料理鮭魚,皮很脆,魚肉很鹹香鮮美!但怎麼感覺魚肉面好像煎的時間不夠,裡面的肉可能還沒有熟?謝謝老師分享!
