If JKD had 2 paths/branches this would be right hand path/branch. Simplicity, directedness, efficiency, economy of motion. Principles that are lost trying to learn too many styles/techniques. In reality-based fighting... the objective is to draw your opponent in... how is that done? In a self-defense situation you cannot Rush or attack your opponent first!
Bruce wouldn't have needed to finish a street fight hitting 4 times.....Bruce would have ended it quickly with just ONE clean shot to a decisive stopping target as his economic principles demanded.

He said THE only guy he'd come across in 40 years of travelling the world teaching, who had the same explosive speed and power that Bruce developed, was Tommy.
