Yes Tommy had incredible physical and athletic almost to the level of Bruce, I admire this. Sadly most guys training natural to achieve this level are aging. Myself I was able to to that full finger stand rotation raise by age 16 (no pics sadly, this was in the 1980's). Sadly I have suffered a very serious operation with removal of my colon and more due to an inflammatory disease by age 20. Still I was able to achieve 2 finger push up one hand by age 30. I was also as flexible as Van Damme. I have a video of myself on my TH-cam channel doing those push-up. I was starting to be less in shape so I filmed it before I could not anymore. 2 finger push-up are very hard and quite painful. I began training again in MMA. It is on and off with me because of my condition. But at this moment the dragon as awaken LOL I am 48 yers old. But onestly this Tommy Carruthers has incredible hand speed. Two thumbs up bro!!

@@Freelancer2311 Friend, I've stopped wasting my damn time following Jeet Kune Do practitioners, and I see that abandoning this habit has improved my arsenal in every way, I started focusing on real warriors instead of Overrated gurus who speed up their videos to feel unique, I left this toxic community that doesn't even bother to do real sparring and instead they prefer to organize discussions to insult each other's teachers, and I started following elite fighters, both in boxing and MMA and also in Muay Thai, and I see that this investment was worth it, I regret not having done it sooner, anyway.. here we are, you can say whatever you want and think whatever you want, disregard my previous comments, I've been feeling great ever since, Not being involved in something so pathetic made me lighter, The past was nothing more than an added weight, This weight I decided to abandon to evolve as a person, as Bruce Lee said..."Absorb the useful and discard the useless", Goodnight friend.
He initially taught himself from watching videos of Bruce Lee and then went to the US and worked with James Lee, Jessie Glover and Ted Wong who were all students of Bruce Lee. Jessie Glover was Bruce’s first student and his Assistant Instructor.
