Millennials are being used as pawns to resurrect racism. They honestly believe the 70s, 80s and 90s were extremely racist decades and through SJW activism they can save us. Theyve been groomed to have a Che Guevara complex, its all "power" this and "power" that.

That is a hard pill for some to swallow.
I either foolishly or courageously held this similiar view while incarcerated for 9yrs. My reasoning and logic behind it may be different than yours but I can partially sum it up to this.
The evil that created such a condition as "raxism" and the subsequent abuse of it cannot survive if nobody talks about it.
When things are about to die, they scream the loudest.
Let this beast die , rot and turn to soil, so perhaps the energy that so many have spent in use of, defense of or defense against may be better used to progress our true race.

People saying "we need to have a conversation" don't want a conservation. They want you to sit there and listen. That's it.
Because having conversation would mean that both sides get to talk, and share responsibility. When someone wants you to just listen, they are telling you that they aren't taking responsibility, they are shifting that on to you.
Nothing is holding down the black community more than the black community. Of course racism still exists. And of course people will still experience it. That will never stop. You cannot eradicate human prejudices.
You can't act like an asshole and when someone has a problem with it, you attribute it to them being a racist. College has convinced young people that not agreeing with them is violence.
If your mind is constantly wrapped up in thinking everything bad that happens to you is because of your color or sex, then you believe that everything bad that happens to you is because of your color or sex. Its self perpetuating. The victim mentality is a detriment to society, because it's a power struggle. The more you make yourself a victim, the more power you have to control how other people act. It's why a small angry emotional mob on Twitter grinds the country to a halt and causes politicians to create new policy. Victimization is a powerful political tool.

These people are not living reality. I am a 81 yr old brown woman. Grew up in NYC. Grew up playing in the streets happily with black and white kids. I worked hard to become a nurse and was able to earn a good living. Neither rich but not poor. As a nurse there were rules I had to follow and this is true of any job. My dad was a welder worked in a garage with no hot water in cold weather he bathed and dressed in a suit everyday. Everyone thought he worked in an office. He always said “look your best when you go in public, you never know who you’re going to meet.” Many years later I was waiting in line at a bank and behind me was the CEO of the hospital I worked at. I was embarrassed because I was in a hurry and didn’t have makeup on and my hair not well groomed. Then I remembered what my dad said “always look your best”.

Watching that young black man with his super high voice being bossed around by female off set and with his girl name, was it any surprise he is this way? Black Fathers Matter

It was cool until that stud jumped up running her mouth.
These young people’s ideas and positions were challenged and they couldn’t defend themselves well. They lost the debate to a grown man with probably double the life experience than they’ve had so far.
I’ll guarantee that by the time they get 50 years of age they’ll have a different perspective on life. And if they don’t, then shame on them.

I have to say that I do respect them for having this conversation with him because most people on the far left won't even have a reasonable conversation. Good on them!
