i've bought different collars for my cat in the past. Literally wasted so much money on them and all of them stuck in her mouth. It was really frustating. Until i decided to try on her a leather collar which doesn't stretch at all and it has to be very adjusted to her neck... Problem solved. My cat never did this ever again but i had to take the bell off the collar because she hated so much the sound of it. Also one tip i've learned is when putting either collars, harness or clothing on your cat for the first time, you might want to give them some treats or something to eat.. .They quickly forget that they have something on and they put all their attention on the food or treat that you are giving them. They get used to it very fast using this method.
I don't think they like the noise of the thing, and the collar itself is annoying especially at first, since they're not used to wearing anything. Especially if the cat goes out of the house the bell is probably not a smart idea, because it immediately tells any predator or harmful person where the cat is. They can get very stressed out from this, as cats like to stay hidden and safe. I guess it's just something humans like on animals, but it's not natural for them and mostly annoying. I guess the cat is just trying to get the thing off, or maybe trying to clean herself there.
@@sherrybizzetti31 I took it off him this morning and then it looked like he want on so I did for now. He lives inside so there shouldn’t be a problem. Thanks for watching!!

My cat always do that. I used to leave it little baggy thinking it might be hard for him to breath. He try this shit and gets stuck in his mouth.
