Here are 10 common signs that a person man unknowingly be part of a cult! #religion #christianity #exjw #jehovahswitnesses #spirituality #cultsurvivor #cult #spiritualawakening #couplevlog #exchristian #jw #athiest #jehovah #kingdomhall
I went to visit a Kingdom Hall not because I believe any of their false beliefs, but curious as I have a friend stuck in this … I am pretty sensitive to the energy around me and it was so DEPRESSING and spiritually exhausting. I felt so bad for those people.
Right.Thete is nothing at all UPLIFTING or happy when in a KH.
Wowww I felt that for years in that organization @pearlytiger564. That’s amazing that you felt that right away😮
Dont go there.Stay away.
@@nancytraynham6072 don’t worry, it was to try and understand what the heck my friend finds so appealing about it. I know my Bible and don’t believe their doctrinal fallacies that one cannot even count with 10 fingers and 10 toes.
@@pearlytiger564 --- Show your friend this end time prophecy that has always been in every Christians bible:
.
Isaiah 66:5
Hear the word of Jehovah, YOU men who are trembling at his word: “YOUR brothers that are hating YOU, that are excluding YOU by reason of my name, said, ‘May Jehovah be glorified!’ He must also appear with rejoicing on YOUR part, and they are the ones that will be put to shame.”
.
[Name of person] is no longer one of JEHOVAH's Witnesses ---->> "excluding YOU by reason of MY NAME"
.
.
Jehovah's promise to disfellowshipped Jehovah's Witnesses:
.
"He ** MUST ** also appear with rejoicing on YOUR part"!

You guys are a breath of fresh air..you keep things interesting..I'm a former witness who went through the whole 1975 armageddon thing..even when I left I was still in fear of it but not anymore..I always remember the scripture that says if a prophet says something that doesn't come true then you shouldn't fear such ones..anyways that's my two cents keep up the good work.
@Tiptoe1 - I read that the organization said it was individual witnesses that hyped up 1975, and that it wasn't the governing body; sounds like they didn't want to acknowledge their mistake. Did you leave immediately after 1975? Had you been questioning the teachings prior to 1975? Would love to hear more about your experience.
@Ava2969ny no in 1975 I was 11 years old I was just following my father's lead..who by the way was very fanatical about it. I never questioned anything until I grew up in my late 30s.
I was 15 and on December 31st I thought I was going to die and I cried all night long
Yep. THAT is WHY I never got baptized. I wasn't ready to sign away my life to that organization. And I sure as heck wasn't going to jump through ALL those ridiculous hoops to sign that BS contract. NOPE. And 20+ years later after leaving..... #NOregrets ❤
You sign contracts with them?😂😂
@@candyluna2929 Not LITERAL contracts. But the Watchtower treats baptism like a life long contract that you have with them. They "OWN you" if you get baptized. Control EVERYTHING in your life. It very much is like a contract. It's just a "silent contract".
U guys are on point! It's been 22 years since I've been out and I'm so Happy I'm out of that Cult and I will NEVER go Back! Keep doing what you guys are doing.
We won’t either! No regrets. Happy for you 🤍
I'VE ALWAYS SAID ...THE PLASTERED SMILES AND REALLY NICE PERSONALITIES ARE ALL PART OF THE SALES PITCH UNIFORMS.
I was born and raised as a Jehovah Witness, but as I got older I started questioning things. My mom, sister, and a lot of my family still active.
I’m so glad this channel popped up in my recommendations. Such a great couple! I’ve never been a part of JW but my husband was forcefully raised in it until he was 15 and was disfellowshipped (he says that was the best day of his life). My association with JW is through his knowledge and from his family who’s still active members. That’s why I know everything they share is true.
My comment about today’s video is, cults have a mixture of some truth combined with a majority of lies. That makes it very confusing for an individual especially for someone who is seeking. Some things such as “love bombing” isn’t unique to cults. If you visit our Baptist church, we will approach you in a loving manner as well because we should be making you feel welcomed in a loving way. The difference is we don’t have an ulterior motive.
Keep up the good work of helping others with your personal knowledge.
There are many things in this video that points to a psyop to influence the way people think. A lot of mentions of things not even related to Jehova's Witnesses.
Pyramid schemes like Amway have many Cult characteristics.
try gathering of christ church (gocc / assembly144) Is all online here...bht they have small groups through out the usa. You can asK ANYTHING. We folllpw old testament and the new testament. You arent obligated to anything AND they connect all the dots with world events and the bible. Also we read ALL BIBLICAL BOOKS.
I'm glad you guys got away with your minds intact, I've been away 23yrs and still been affected from this organization, I didn't realize they made alot changes since I've left and it's sad, keep on exposing them
I hope you continue to find peace and healing with this transition. It’s sad to see what this cult does to people
Yes before social media and TH-cam and so forth, they was no outlet for ppl in my age group, I'll be 48yrs old, and I've been slowly trying to rebuild and deprogram myself and it has been easy at all, what's refreshing is to see so many ppl has left and are giving the same feelings I've felt for so many years...
Most definitely. Change in definitely uncomfortable but it’s never impossible
@@AwakenTruths JESUS CHRIST was also accused of being a drunkard, a glutton, a Sabbath breaker, a false witness, a blasphemer of God, and a messenger of Satan. He was also accused of being subversive.-Matthew 9:34; 11:19; 12:24; 26:65; John 8:13; 9:16; 19:12. After Jesus’ death and resurrection, his disciples were likewise the target of serious accusations. One group of first-century Christians were dragged to the city rulers by people crying out: ‘These men have overturned the inhabited earth.’ (Acts 17:6) On another occasion the apostle Paul and his companion Silas were taken to the authorities and charged with greatly disturbing the city of Philippi.-Acts 16:20. Paul was later accused of being a “pestilent fellow and stirring up seditions among all the Jews throughout the inhabited earth” and of trying “to profane the temple.” (Acts 24:5, 6) The principal men of the Jews in Rome accurately described the situation of Jesus’ followers when they acknowledged: “For truly as regards this sect it is known to us that everywhere it is spoken against.”-Acts 28:22. Evidently, this new group established by Jesus Christ was considered by some to be a religious group with radical views and practices that clashed with what was accepted in those days as normal social behavior. Undoubtedly, many today would have considered the Christians a destructive cult. The accusers were often prominent and respected members of the community, and this seems to have added weight to the allegations. Many believed the accusations against Jesus and his disciples. Yet, as you probably know, every one of these charges was false! The fact that people said these things did not make them true. What about today? Would it be accurate to refer to Jehovah’s Witnesses as a religious group with radical views and practices that clash with what is accepted as normal social behavior? Are Jehovah’s Witnesses a cult? Jehovah’s Witnesses do not hold ritualistic meetings, nor is their worship cloaked in secrecy. Non-Witness author Julia Mitchell Corbett notes: “When they meet, usually more than once a week, in Kingdom Halls (their meeting sites are not called churches), most of their time is spent in Bible study and discussion.” Their meeting places are clearly marked with a sign. The meetings are open, and the general public is invited to attend. Unannounced guests are more than welcome. The “Witnesses have earned the reputation of being honest, courteous, and industrious,” adds Corbett in her book Religion in America. Many who are not Witnesses readily acknowledge that there is nothing freakish or bizarre about Jehovah’s Witnesses. Their conduct does not clash with what is accepted as normal social behavior. The New Encyclopædia Britannica accurately states that the Witnesses “insist upon a high moral code in personal conduct.” The director of news and special projects for a television station in the United States wrote to Jehovah’s Witnesses in response to a biased report about the Witnesses on the TV news show 60 Minutes. He said: “If more people lived the way your faith does, this nation wouldn’t be in the shape it is in. I am one newsman who knows that your organization is founded on love and a strong faith in the Creator. I want you to know that not all News people are as biased.” A Well-Known Religion Is it fair to say that Jehovah’s Witnesses are a small fringe religious group? In a sense, Jehovah’s Witnesses are few in number compared to some religions. However, recall what Jesus said: “Narrow is the gate and cramped the road leading off into life, and few are the ones finding it.”-Matthew 7:13, 14. At any rate, the Witnesses are far from being a small fringe cult. In the spring of 1993, more than 11 million people attended the Witnesses’ Memorial of Christ’s death. But more important than their number are their moral character and exemplary behavior, which have brought them worldwide commendation. Undoubtedly this has been a factor in countries that have given them official recognition as a known, bona fide religion. Who Is Their Leader? It is precisely because of this close adherence to Bible teachings that the veneration and idolization of human leaders so characteristic of cults today is not to be found among Jehovah’s Witnesses. They reject the concept of a clergy-laity distinction. The Encyclopedia of Religion aptly states about Jehovah’s Witnesses: “A clergy class and distinctive titles are prohibited.” They follow Jesus Christ as their Leader and as Head of the Christian congregation. It was Jesus who said: “Do not you be called Rabbi, for one is your teacher, whereas all you are brothers. Moreover, do not call anyone your father on earth, for one is your Father, the heavenly One. Neither be called ‘leaders,’ for your Leader is one, the Christ.”-Matthew 23:8-12. It is clear that Jehovah’s Witnesses are as far from being a cult as Jesus was from being a glutton and a drunkard. Admittedly, not everyone who was influenced by the false reports about Jesus and his disciples fell into the trap of slandering him. Some may simply have been misinformed. If you have questions about Jehovah’s Witnesses and their beliefs, why not get to know them better? The doors to their Kingdom Halls are wide open to all who seek truth. You can also benefit from their careful search for accurate Bible knowledge and learn how to worship God in harmony with Jesus’ words: “The hour is coming, and it is now, when the true worshipers will worship the Father with spirit and truth, for, indeed, the Father is looking for suchlike ones to worship him.”-John 4:23.
I feel so bad for a lot of JW girls cause a lot of the babysat me as a kid.. they didn’t have any friends.. they weren’t allowed to go anywhere. Even grown women didn’t want to have babies untill the new system so they treated me like their child. I was a little boy sleeping with all kinds of girls and grown women (literally sleeping.. big spoon little spoon). I didn’t realize till I got older that a lot of them had no friends. They weren’t allowed to have boyfriends and go to the movies etc. Just imagine where all that pent up energy goes? We always talk about creepy elders but there are a lot of teenage girls and grown women that like to “experiment” or “practice”. Thats why most guys say they smashed the babysitter. All her friends at the football game making out etc she’s stuck at home babysitting.. she wants to “experience” what the girls at school are experiencing. I’ll never snitch on those girls but just use your imagination.
The girls are very awkward. If i were a man in the organization i would be afraid to even talk to one because they will take the slightest bit of attention and completely run with it. Seen it first hand. But i get what you’re saying, that’s another aspect that needs to be brought to light. The suppressed energy
Thank you soo much I was raised JW and I left when I was 18 and was soooo lonely I went back and then got disfellowshiped again and tried to fit in to a world I didn’t know and was so nieve , I went back again but ended up getting disfellowshiped again . And never went back . I just lost my parents very suddenly last year and a lot of things have happened that I couldn’t explain and totally blew my mind and my eldest brother got disfellowshiped which I ever thort I’d see. I never thort I was in a cult but now my mind is so messed up now and I don’t know what to believe anymore. I’m 50 now and have PTSD because of my experience, wasn’t alowed friends outside of congregation, wasn’t allowed to do sports at school, not alowed to get a career, my lot in life was serve Jehovah, find a husband and not work look after my husband and family and run the house, and I agree I was told I had to be friends with all the kids my age even when there were people who I wouldn’t want as a friend,I remember crying telling my dad I’ve tried to be her friend but I can’t anymore and I not going to try to be her friend anymore she was nasty. I have looked back on my life and what I am going thru now is effecting my life. And I don’t have a very good relationship with my older siblings because of disfellowshiping . Only one of my brothers are still in the JW and he said when my father died and I had gone to help my mum , “ I love you, you’re still my sister ,but I love Jehovah more. “ that killed me inside and he only ever contacts me to invite me to the memorial, so unfortunately I won’t see my brother again until I get told he’s passed away. They broke up our beautiful family because of us having freedom of choice and deciding that it’s not the right religion for you so you’re family disowns you or talks as if you’re already dead because you have turned away from Jehovah so you won’t be in paradise when Armageddon. Thank you soo much for you’re video. I genuinely would love to talk to you both as you would both have the same life I had as a kid.thank you again.
I love yall sooooo much. I look forward to your videos. They keep me woke and prevents me from feeling alone when my current witness family members say and treat me like im crazy cause i left and no longer believe. Yall are my inspiration and your honesty, warmth, and smiles give me strength to keep living my life in full freedom and honesty. I wish yall the best, and you guys have a supporter/sister in me for life. Keep em coming guys!!!! 😊❤
There are so many crossovers with seventh day adventism too! Thanks for sharing your experience
Thank you for watching!
I agree that JWs are a cult, and religions are based on mostly fiction rather than reality. Raised in the Jws' cult, I am now an agnostic. With that being said, and what you said in min 11:41, JWs did teach some good things. For example, how to welcome everyone in the same way and try to get to know people you normally wouldn't want to know because of personal biases. In the U.S., there is a lot of "outcasting" (choosing my words carefully here) of people who are different in terms of ethnic backgrounds and, in some cases such as my own personal experience, linguistic stigmatizing. I'm not defending them, not at all. But some basic teachings were good and beneficial 👍
I completely agree! They were not all bad!! That’s why we don’t regret our time there. It taught us a lot of what we were meant to know and helped us really look at any other info with clear heads. Even many jw followers are great people.
💖👍
Yeah they won’t agree with you
The third point- us vs them mentality: not only the name labeling of worldly and Babylonia religions, but inside the cult there is also us vs them. You see that labels exists: the wife of the elder, pioneers, overseers, circuit overseer, elder, etc.
I remember in the past I really believe that we were a brotherhood organization- non is higher or important than others l! Well I was wrong, the title of a JW within the cult have its burden and have their admiration of others!
Even when you looking for partner everyone starts to say get married with a MS, a pioneer, etc
I remember the day I offered myself to cover any one that couldnt do cart work in certain days of the week because I was available. and the elder told me: let’s see what I can do because that’s for pioneers only!
I was 😮
These are facts! It’s very segregated inside the organization due to these man made titles
Keep the videos coming - you are helping MANY people!
Really informative. Glad I stumbled upon this channel. Good stuff ya'll.
So happy to see your page!! So proud of your growth! I’m here for single video❤
Thank you so much!!
Thank you both for this video. The points on "What is a cult?" compared to Jehovah Witnesses are spot on.
Thank you for watching! The organization is definitely a cult
Keep it up guys! I love how you operate together. And yes we as men lead with love as providing and protectors not how jw s explained it. I see the both you being successful just by being happy!
Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for your videos. We must expose the watchtower workers of darkness. I pray that your family wakes up and gets out. Peace
I think at first, I couldn't believe that the JW's was a cult. But I saw that Scientology series on Netflix before I got to the episode about the JW's, I was like they make kids sign 1,000 year contracts (baptism), if you stop believing they label you a Suppressive person (disfellowshipped) - was like dang this is feeling real CULTY. Then I learned about the B.I.T.E. model and it hit me like a brick. As a teen that was an "Unapproved Associate" twice before baptism, I knew something about that religion was just not right and I just played the part until my mom put me out for wanting to go to a work event on the weekend. Best thing she ever did. I faked, faded, and was out in 1995.
Wow that is crazy! They really do lock their members into these crazy lifelong contracts
Hi! What Episode is that I'd like to watch it
@larysnw418 please read my response again. I said Scientologists have a 1,000 year contract. If a JW no longer believes the doctrines/teachings & voices concerns or questions - they are accused of "apostate" thinking. If they share their concerns or doubts, they are immediately pulled into a judicial committee for spreading negative talk. I know this to be factual, as I am Exhibit A. There are former JW's who accepted blood transfusions who were deemed "disassociated" because they chose to live.
@larysnw418 the B.I.T.E. model is an acronym for the ways a cult controls it's members. Behavior, Information, Thoughts, Emotions. There is a book by Steven Hassan and this is his acronym on the things a cult controls. You can Google for more information.
What’s the scientology show called?
Omg, you guys are spot on correct on all points covered! I loved this video because this is the REAL truth here, but also because of your humor, which is awesome! Thank you so much for validating all the thoughts & feelings I’ve experienced as a member of this cult group.
You two are so intelligent and so on point. First time I've ever hit the notification bell since it came out seven years ago! :)
That’s a major compliment! Thank you and I’m glad you’re enjoying it 🙌🏽☺️
I had to share your video on my community!!! Thank you
We just watched you on tik tok the other day!

Excellent!
Very, very informative and valuable.
Great Job.😊
You guys are spot on 😊❤️🙏
Thank you for the support!
This is the second video of yours that I'm watching. I've not been a JW for almost 20 years now. I've been amazed at how much it has changed. I try to stay aware of it since my mother is still a witness.
I really like your style, energy, and the dynamic you have as a couple!
Thank you for sharing this. 😊
Great video! Keep spreading the word. 💕
You should be so glad you got out young
and did not waste your life in this cult so
good you are helping to wake up others
that are still trapped in welcome to your
freedom
It’s great to get out while you still have your entire life to live. Many people waste decades of their life for nothing
You guy’s Killed It. Great breakdown
"I went to a meeting one time and I was OUT" haha. My experience.
@PatientPerspective - what made you leave after just one meeting? -- did you get a sense that something wasn't right?
You guys have a good channel. You research thoroughly and present material clearly, simply, and with humor. Plus you are an attractive couple to watch😄
amen! i never understood a religion that doesnt like gifts or celebrate holidays.
God doesn't change nor misdirect. the prophets of old were 100% correct . these people have no knowledge of the true God of the bible., witnesses come off nice at first but pretty soon you realize they are arrogant. you're so right on that.
you two have the biggest smiles that makes me smile.
I met a couple of JW women that wanted to always visit with me, but I was too busy to stop for long periods of time, like they desired. When I did, I always greeted them and chat for about 10 minutes.
One of the ladies really like me and got excited when she’d see me, as did I because she was so open and seemed like she really wanted for us to be friends. So i asked her if she could be friends with others that aren’t JW, but before she could say a word, the other lady interrupted us and said it was time for them to go. That was strange!
Well, I saw them again and that once friendly lady was mum when she saw me, but her handler was not. When I noticed how stifled she was, I never spoke to them again, whenever I passed them by. The handler tried to give me pamphlets but I told her I knew what she’s done, and to never talk to me again. From then on, I never seen them at that park again.
The nice one reminded me of an abused wife; excited to get sone attention, but easily handled into submission. It was sad, uncomfortable and awkward to see.
I came to my mom’s house one day when she was on the zoom meeting and I made a comment that one of the girls was pretty.. my mother told me “she would never go for a guy like you” implying that Jehovah witness men are better than everybody else. I had to explain to my mom that I’ve had an exciting life.. I’ve held hands and went to the movies, went to all football/basketball games. I went to house parties. I have regular homies that do regular ish.. My point is, she was like 23 and married to an elder I know she has no real excitement or experienced real joy. I hate that Jehovah witnesses try to exalt themselves over normal people. They aren’t even allowed to do anything. If I go back to the Kingdom Hall I would get love bombed.. not in the way you think I’m talking about the girls will try to eat me.
I think there’s like three sisters to every one brother so yes that is very likely 🤣 and since you’ve had a normal life the sisters in the organization would definitely find it appealing because you wouldn’t harbor the same kind of awkwardness most of the brothers have
Love yr podcast !! Learning a ton !
May I add a point about vacations... we were even encouraged to visit the KH wherever and whenever we were on vacation and I have a relative who would always mention that while on vacation they visited the local KH and participated in the meeting. Ugh.
Right! You can’t even enjoy a simple vacation without being demanded to go to a hall
And leave money at that Hall too! Less vacation money to spend while on vacation. Ugh!!!
THE TRUTH THE WHOLE TRUTH....NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH
Hey guys l want to say this l love what you do...l studied for a year l was never baptized l have been to the kingdom hall many of time and have gone to memorials and convention l almost went for it, until my boyfriend woke me up and your channel saved my lifeeeeeeeee. Now we study the bible on our on live the way we want to!!!!!! I just love you guys beautiful couple and lm 53 years old and your talks are breath taking💕💕💕☺️👍
The good news is….nobody is falling for the Witnesses anymore, the only new witnesses are babies now!😊
Is there a way i can email or dm you guys? I got soooo many stories. Smh.
I constantly felt out of place. At the kingdom hall I was bad association because i wasnt a publisher, commenting, or on the school. Then at school im looked at as weird cuz i cant do the same things they do such as holidays, parties, and sleepovers. Im 31 and still have never had a sleepover. These videos are seriously helping me with this trauma.
Junglejuuse@gmail.com is our email. I’m sorry to hear about that. You weren’t bad association at all, you were just hard to brainwash that’s all
Hi & love y'all's videos! So happy to say I've been living my best life away from those cults for 5 yrs. & been sober for 5 yrs. Their submission is insanity! Hope I never have to ever see those culty people again! See y'all on the next one, ✌️, love, Janine Smiley🙂🙃🫠😉😗😘🥰😍
Thank you for your support! Congrats on your freedom!
I don't know if you recall, or has seen the cover of a watchtower years ago that showed some witnesses out in service, and behind tbem loomed two giant angels. The caprion said something to the point that witnesses don't have to be frightened about bodily harm while in the field because jehovah sends his angels to watch over you. Well, where were those guardian angels when someone got shot while waiting,,,and where were those angels during the CSA cases and the destruction of the family unit?? Have they gone into retirement?
I love both of you. I love how you both communicate with each other. I love how your wife respects you. I love how you respect her. You both are in sync with each other. And that's so important the other thing thank you. I did comment or told you that that mention. What's best serene house of Prince? I did not know how to read and write. I never went to school so I learned the hard way. I am now 63 years old and it's really sad that I came up taking care. Of my brothers and sisters, fleshly brothers and sisters to make sure they got off right, we fell into that cold. And took me a while to realize what it was about. I did not know but when I got out of it. I lost everything I lost my family Justice. Hear you too, talk, it means so much to me and others that we're learning. And we're seeing it keep going keep going my family. I lost my brother my sister I lost him. My parents are lost, but I'm the only one that's still hear. That resists the watch tower. Thank you God bless both of you. I try to find your videos the best. I can and it's very encouraging, and you both are compliment to that. Thank you both of you. I love both of you keep it coming. I love you added, I love you, your husband because he'll say. Yeah, yeah, like hes in sync to you. Hes a yeah, and I love the fact you call him babe but babe. I think that's great, that makes it. More funny and. It also makes that you both are United together. And that's what I love thank you❤❤❤❤❤
Baptism in this org is the worst a person can do. Your controlled and owned. Take your freedom back Fight back and get out! Those who are ladden heavily burdened learn of me, the lord Jesus Christ my ways are light.
Thanks for you video. Everything you are saying about this cult is absolutely true. I'm glad i left this cult 34 years ago.

You guys are great. I've never been a JW, only had them come to my door. I'm a Christian and I've tried to share with them, but there closed off and don't want to talk about. Although you all aren't Christians now, I'm glad you found freedom. Jesus taught people that they could be free. I hope that someday you discover the really Jesus.
You are speaking true. I pray you still follow Christ.
They used to tell those of us that were mothers of young children, that we needed to be willing to let our children be killed, if it was threatened to get us to renounce our faith. 🥺
Your videos are helping me deal with my guilt. Between you guys and therapy....im all set and feel very hopeful that i will recover more quickly. Hopefully.
You got this! It’s a journey but it can be a very fulfilling one
Just so you know, all Christians do not believe their denomination is the only one. There is a connection between ourselves based on Jesus that transcends Bible translations or eschatology. Love you guys!❤
Love you guys. Enjoy your guys. Thank you.
❤Love the CANDOR...
👉🏼You guys are a lot of 🎉FUN... ❗
I'm not a Jehovah's Witness myself, but in the town where I live which is Fredericksburg Texas, there are Jehovah's Witnesses that station themselves in the shopping district and I've come up to a couple ladies one time and I asked them, ARE YOU GUYS REQUIRED TO DO THIS...? and they said oh, NO NO, not at all... we LOVE doing this...
I travel down to San Antonio to see friends at least once a week and we are generally downtown in the Riverwalk area and again, the Jehovah Witnesses are stationed with their little easels with their info and THEY JUST STAND THERE... I've never seen them EVEN ONCE engage with any of the people walking by... and again I've gone up to several of the pairs of people (it's usually two people, sometimes three or four) and I've asked them ARE YOU GUYS REQUIRED TO DO THIS...? and if you DON'T DO THIS are there any REPERCUSSIONS...? And again, they just smile politely and say oh no, we love doing this. We want to do this...!
Now I'm finding out about all this HOURS COUNTING and different levels of SPIRITUAL VALUE based upon hours of service from UNACCEPTABLE to GOOD to EXEMPLARY (I'm not sure if I'm using the correct exact terms), but it just seems like a total WORKS-BASED religion... At least to ME, that is...
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't remember 💫Jesus EVER asking ANYBODY to fill out time sheets...😮
👉🏼Thankyou for listening...😌
You are 100% correct! They arent allowed to explain all of the rules to non witnesses up front because it may turn them away from joining the religion. They are most definitely facing consequences for not going out to talk to people. You begin to lose certain privileges in the congregation and you are looked at as less than. They are just now starting to change the rules
Love you guys. I’m going to call y’all a young JT and LADY C…lol! Keep doing what you guys doing.
MANMADE RULES LIKE COUNTING TIME; THE DISCIPLES NEVER COUNT TIME; NEVER BAPTIZED KIDS ; NEVER SET A YEAR FOR CHRIST RETURN , BLOOD CONFUSION ? ETC.
FALSE PREDICTIONS LIKE 1874, 1914, 1925, 1975 AND THEY BUILT A HOUSE IN CALIFORNIA FOR ABRAHAM TO LIVE WHEN RESSUREDTED , ETC .
Thank you for this video. My wife is doing their bible studies and I am very worried for her. This video is helpful. thanks
I really hope she realizes and don't loses more time with that, best wishes for both of us
I read somewhere that the difference between a Religion and a Cult is that, when you leave a Religion, they don't send out their "flying monkeys" or any search parties.
One elder that was an ex sargent, threated me with using his connections to the police to search and bring me back if i ever tried to dissapear.
If the JW didn’t want its followers to associate or go to school with worldly people they should have open up a School or University like the Seventh Day Adventist have in Takoma Park, Maryland.
She seems like such a nice person. I’ve never watched them before but he seems to care about the lady A lot. This is so nice I’m glad you guys are awake and happy. ♥️
I just left this past weekend! It’s so scary how I was so throughly deceived 😢but the lord rescued me 😊
Congrats on your escape! Much peace and success on your journey of freedom
@@AwakenTruths thank you 😊 I’m blessed that my wife who was born in the “organization” came with me. I believe the lord rescued me & woke me up. All praise to God! & I wish you guys the same! May God bless you and keep you ✌️😎😎😎😎

Sounds like what I went through in the Word Faith movement.
Even a Christian cannot brush aside the worship of Jehovah as God. In Revelation 1:5 the Son of God called himself "Jesus Christ, 'The Faithful Witness.'" When on earth as a man he was a Jew, an Israelite to whose nation the words of Isaiah 43:10 were written: "'You are my witnesses, ' is the utterance of Jehovah, 'even my servant whom I have chosen.'" Jesus demonstrated that he was a faithful and true witness of Jehovah God. His genuine disciples today must be the same kind of witnesses, Jehovah's.
QUESTION .. ?
SINCE YOU WOKE UP .....
WHERE DO YOU GO ... 🏃 ..?
WHICH TEMPLE YOU GO TO PRAISE & DO WORSHIPS TO
YAHWEH ...
DO YOU SHOP FOR A CHURCH ?
PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTION . 🤔
I was 14 years old when I got baptized with no place to stay for a month with my teacher
Yeah when I was disfellowshiped from 2004-2008. I lost everyone. Then when I was reinstated, still folks acted different towards me.
People swear they don’t but when you’re in it you know in reality you are looked at different when you go back
@@AwakenTruths exactly
I haven't finished watching the video yet but the biggest change that I'm aware of is organ transplantations. They were banned but later at least some were allowed. Can you imagine if you had a loved one give up their life only to have that rule changed months later????
I raised that point with many JW's over the years, could see they were shaken when they found out
I got in trouble because I hid all the valentines 💌 and candy I received from my classmates.
"Beth Sarim (Hebrew בית שרים "House of the Princes") is a ten-bedroom mansion in San Diego, California, constructed in 1929 in anticipation of various resurrected Old Testament biblical patriarchs or prophets such as Abraham, Moses, David, Isaiah and Samuel. It was maintained by the Watch Tower Society, the parent organization used by Jehovah's Witnesses, and was also used as a winter home and executive office for Watch Tower president Joseph Franklin Rutherford. The house was sold to a private owner in 1948."
love you guys.
I simply resigned as an MS over a matter of conscience, even removing myself from the "school", and the elders stripped me of every so-called privilege immediately.
I was willing to keep helping behind the scenes, but nope.
Made it really easy to walk away.
Wow. They definitely make it easy smh.
Interesting listening to you,and you make sense,so could you please tell me what your beliefs are now,and who are you following. Rob.liverpool, uk.
We just believe in being decent humans beings and living a positive lifestyle
@@AwakenTruthsChrist sill saves. If you do not trust in Him your sins are not forgiven and you stand condemned before God. It is good you came out of a false religion but the truth is still out there and it is to be found in Christ. Hope you both will put your trust in Him.
Melissa Dougherty has a JW series, very detailed, Breaking down the mind control and how to approach JWs, its a very good series, not sure if I spelled her last name right, high recommend doing a reaction video
Thank you!!!!
I remember attending public school one time when i was young with my jw cousin my school was on vacation and when they all stood to salute the flag she stayed seated. I stood ans saluted the flag. (I was catholic) it was really weird. That was when i realized we were not the same. And it was a religion that separated us. No christmas no birthdays. And when my grandma died she had children who entered JW later in life. She was catholic, and they were raised catholic and they didnt even go to her funeral because it was in the Catholic church. It broke my heart.
I worked with a manager about 5 years ago, who is Seven Day Adventist one Halloween she was so happy because the religion according to her for the first time they were celebrating Halloween.
Positive Vibes Only Blessed
What would happen if a JW celebrated a birthday. I have had JW friends go with me to a Birthday party and enjoyed themselves. They are missing out on happy living following ungodly lies. Keep up the good work love you guys. ✝️
They would be counseled and definitely lose their congregation privileges along with being judged by others. Thank you for watching!
Thanks for your answer. I also have some friends from High School days we all are grandparents and one friend whose not a JW say the grand kids of a JW mutual friend were begging to go to birthday parties and have parties themselves. What scriptures are used for this Lie. There are so many celebrations mentioned in the Bible. Parties and celebrations create beautiful life time memories. Having fun is not a sin. But Cults love to impart judgement But God is the righteous Judge not a mere man. And God is Love. 😇
And The reasoning I was always given was that "no where in the Bible was there any birthday celebrations". So that is why we didn't 😅
Not really off topic but I believe Multi Level Marketing has all the signs of a cult
You guys are so adorable! 😊
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT CULTS MIX TRUTHS WITH LIES . WE MUST STUDY BIBLE CONTEXT TO BE STRONG ROOTED IN TRUTH. JESUS MENTIONED TRADITIONS OF MEN !
I have more, a child of my jw cousin left the jw when he got married, they had children and of course his mama didnt associate with him. She started sneaking around to visit to see her grandchildren and i told her of you have to sneak around to see your child and grandbabies your in a cult god didnt allow you to have children and then write them off. She doesnt talk to me any more. Her brother commited suicide because he was x communicated because he decided to leave the church and his wife and children did not. God help these people. Keep talking you guys your reaching people that need to hear you.
I just start listening to you all you all are awesome😊 AM a ex Jehovahs Witness my name is Danielle Hemphill
They be like “your no part of this world “ I live in it so yes I am 💀💀💀⚡️
Exactly 🤣
I’m crying while watching this 😢
You aren’t alone ❤️ there is light at the end of the tunnel
You are so nice people. I like your videos very much.
Thank you for watching!
Love the videos and the energy you guys broadcast. May I ask if you still believe in God and salvation or something else?
Thank you! We have our own beliefs now and one day we will make a video to talk about that ☺️
@@lexieparis9925 God Bless!
Now as of November 1st, publishers don’t have turn in door to door hours
Yea we made a video on that!
@@AwakenTruths oh ok. Yeah my sister who is still a active witness told me. I’m like hmm interesting
i understand not celebrating xmas and bdays because thst is pagan.
Now the 1914 and overlapping generation thing which is so convoluted and wrong and their other crazy teachings. instead of admitting they wrong, they make it worse and double down😂😂😂
Even within JW Org. Friendship is disappointing disrespectful!
Right. They're not your friends and they are sooo freaking judgmental. Ugh...
My grandma is a jw and has been going to the kingdom hall since the 80's, but wasn't baptized until we moved out of her house in the 2000's. I've never noticed that we had to get away for them to baptize her because we wasn't believers.
Wow 😢
The truth shall set you free. Watch Tower and Awake Man-made org all over the world. Take advantage of the least..especially those who do not have a healthy prospective about themselves. Read the word of God his Holy Spirit is with you and will guide you through all truth
Getting baptized you say? “Look! A body of water, what prevents me from being baptized?” Wellllll, but first you gotta study this book of PlaneTruth, then after oh let’s say 6 months of studying that book, you have to study a second book called, “Keep Yourself in PlaneTruths Love” - then after answering 200 to 300 hundred questions by several different elders over a few days, you may proudly, at an assembly or convention, answer YES!! to our two questions to join the WT book publishing business/company/corporation/organization/CULT. And on top of that, Kiss your spiritual freedom goodbye, as well as your mind and critical thinking abilities, and life. Men…don’t you grow no beards now.
THE RELIGION ( JW ORGANIZATION ) SURVIVAL GUIDE : Part 5
50 - The JW organization believes that you'll become an apostate if you leave "their" faith, which is the only true religion. Mormons say the same thing, Catholics... equally. And I'm sure every other religion has a similar doctrine. The question remains : Which one is the only true religion? It can't possibly be all at once, could them be? Most of us know very well that Israel had the temple and God appeared to Moses and Jehovah established the true religion in Jerusalem where all the services and sacrifices were offered there, and people would travel to the temple to sacrifice for their sins and that God had chosen Israel as a nation for His name. We know by the Biblical account that it is true. That nation and that temple were the true chosen people and true religion. Coming back to our times, who can say which one is the true nation, true people, true religion? Is there such a thing in our times? I believe that further clarification will come when we get closer to the end of times. My personal belief is what Jesus Christ said in Matthew 12:33, by their fruits you will know. Fruits come in seasons, and the season is around the corner. In the meantime, every single Christian religion is competing to be "the one."
51 - It is possible and very easy to leave a religion. People who allow themselves to be controlled by false teachings make a make a mental prison for themselves. Leaving a religious organization is as easy as leaving the building and not showing up anymore. I don't see why some people make it so dramatic and difficult to themselves. Religion doesn't own you, Jesus does. And even if you decide to leave Jesus, he ain't gonna stop you. When you decide to come back, He'll be waiting with opened arms and so your church members ( supposably ). You are free to leave, and you are free to stay. You'll only lose the make belief borrowed church friends, which I don't think it's a substantial loss. Learn identify and to make friends that won't leave you when you are poor, because it is very easy to gain friends when you're rich.
52 - If you're so emotionally attached to a religion to the point that you'll feel anxious to leave and fear the consequences or believe that the consequences of leaving exeed the consequences of staying in such religion, then I suggest that you stay. You are married to it. But once it becomes toxic, you'll have to make some decisions. Whichever decision you make, remember that you are leaving a religion, a discipline, a method of practicing your discipline as a Christian. You are not leaving God. Don't fall into the trap of worshipping religions and don't jump from religion to religion thinking that you will find the perfect one. Paul McCartney once sang :
"We all know
That people are the same wherever you go
There's good and bad in everyone
We learn to live when we learn to give each other
What we need to survive
Together alive"
53 - A FEW CONCLUSION THOUGHTS : You are free.
You are free to believe and you are free to investigate what has been said as truthful.
You have freewill and you have freedom UNTIL you give that freedom to someone else.
No one controls you unless you allow them to control you because you believe they can do a better job than you.
You are only affected by mind control and subliminal messages if you are weak minded.
Safeguard your heart, which is the foundation of your emotions ( Proverbs 4:23 ).
Worship only one God, the true God Jehovah ( יהוה ) and honor His son, Jesus Christ as our King and our Saviour. Also believe in the power of the Holy Spirit.
All you need is the Bible, prayer, Holy Spirit and a few true spiritually oriented friends. Of course, the more the better. If you can have a whole congregation, why not?
Don't allow yourself to be wrapped around anyone's finger.
Don't expect anything.
Don't take anything personally.
Keep your composure and your cool at all times.
Don't look for drama and don't find yourself in anyone's drama and things won't get dramatic.
Honor your family members. Keep your mouth shut and only talk by inspiration, mercy or grace.
Expect losing friends and family members during your Christian life.
If you keep things simple and understand that everything has a purpose, you'll feel more relaxed and less anxious.
God is in control. Jesus is the head of ALL Christian congregations and churches. He loves you and He wants you to trust in Him.
The Christian life can be a very challenging one, with many persecutions, confusions, sins and full imperfect people, but I can assure you in the end, it will be worth it because Jesus already won the battle for you.
May the peace of God that exceeds all understanding through Jesus Christ be with all of you brothers and sisters in the faith.
I was living in northern Germany for my job and some JWs knocked on my door, man and a woman (always in twos like the Jedi). I answered the door and they were speaking to me in German. I told them with a grin on my face in English that I don't speak German. So, they both started speaking perfect English to me. Well, two hours later after debating the holy scriptures, they could not answer the questions that I asked them. I grew up in Alabama being dragged to the meetings by my mother which made me prepared for this encounter.
Yoo that’s dope! What are some of the questions you got them with?
@@AwakenTruths This was about ten years ago but things they like to throw up such as there were millions that witnessed this certain event. But I came back and said that "one person" wrote that millions saw that event happen. Then I went into morality, and what makes things moral, and if god says it's moral does it mean that it is. I went into the killings in the holy scriptures and asked if that was moral; they did this whole mental gymnastic type of answer. I can't remember exactly what went down, but I remember how tired I was talking to them for two hours. They said they were going to come back the next weekend with answers but never did. They gave up, I guess. Probably because I told them that I went to the Kingdom Hall as a teen with my mother and brother, and they probably thought I was a lost cause.
