I remember Tony Morris said in a talk, that everyone would be held blood guilty if they did not go out in the field ministry. Watchtower has seriously gone past the point of insanity. These cult leaders will be held accountable.

There's no reversal of time, but Watchtower can be held accountable for defrauding JWS of their time. No, JW should have been turning in a "TIME CARD" if their ministry was supposed to be VOLUNTARY !! Watchtower broke the law. Every JW ( publisher) that turned in "TIME" to Watchtower should SUE for reimbursement/payment. Pioneers SIGNED a piece of paper saying that they would volunteer a certain amount of hours. This is why ONLY publishers fill out a slip that doesn't require reporting of hours & time spent in the JW CULT. The publishers are checking ✔️ ✅️ a box that says they have "SHARED"... WATCHTOWER violated labor laws, and its just NOW CATCHING UP TO THEM. GOVERNMENTS all over the world are being informed about what these high controlled groups are doing to people & some of these groups are using RELIGION to HIDE BEHIND 🤔, to commit crimes. Yes, no one can EVER get their VALUABLE TIME BACK, BUT THEY CAN SURE MAKE WATCHTOWER PAY FOR WHAT WAS STOLEN FROM THEM, ILLEGALLY. Yes, Watchtower can be HELD ACCOUNTABLE. NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW. Watchtower's END is NEAR. The WRATH is upon Watchtower and every organization like them. It's up to "The People " to let their voices be heard. Bringing awareness to the government and the general public is very vital for change & making a positive difference to all humanity.
I'm sure this is why Tony Morris was removed. He was a real hardliner for several doctrines and policies that are now being softened up.

You guys are such a pleasure to watch! I was so surprised to hear this. I was in this cult in the 1980 to 1991. The hour requirement was very strict/ So much has changed. I was in it long enough to ruin my children's childhood. Thankfully we have all recovered and moved on. Thank you for what you do.

My adult children still have PTSD from our experience and loss because of this cult. I am grateful that my 4 children and husband are with me, we did lose my parents when we left. We have been shunned ever since. That has been 14 years, my mom passed away 4 years ago and allowed me to take care of her the last 10 days of her life. She had shunned us up to that point. My dad an elder for 45 plus years, told me, after your mom dies you don't have to come back. Users, losers, no natural affection. Sorry for the rant. Love your format, style . Blessings to you both.

Really? I've seen many situations like this, where the Jw will need serious help and no one from the "congregation" will help so they have to lean on their family members who they've shunned for a long time! Complete insanity! So thankful we all got out and are no longer under their control

Similar childhood here. My grandma would scare us on a weekly basis that we weren’t ready and Armageddon is almost here. As an adult now I change the subject when she brings up “the time of the end”. I am over and don’t want to hear any Doomsday speak.

I got out in the 90s at age of 19. My old man has been in for 60 years, and his new wife has for 45 years. Swallows all the 'new light' without question. Critical thinking was frowned upon. I pity them.

Heres my short rant: One word to sum this all up.. SCANDALOUS. I was just thinking today.. I can't believe the religion my grandmother (may she rest in peace) passed down to me was a scam. All those years, my love, devotion, sweat and tears, that when into this.. was really Fear of the unknown. The Organization's True colors are showing now. You have to do is figure it out well I never knew that. What is there to figure out? You have two choices to except the truth or the lie. If you don't know the difference, then what? Can you truly ID rational thinkers in this day and age? Jehovah's people are imperfect like all humans, but they are about as rational as anyone can be.
I told my husband before that counting time was unscriptual, and he shook his head and defended the jws doing it. I just told him about them no longer counting time and he said it makes sense since they wont want the authorities to know how many hours people are spending in service when tribulation happens 😮💨😵💫. I just cant with him...i stared at him let him finish justifying it to himself and walked away to eat more chicken. He is completly blind to see thru it bc of his pride and not wanting to be wrong. He'll spin anything for the org but holds everything else in world accountable. Hes also been disfellowshipped for over 16 years... 🤷♀️
It was so humiliating back in the day going to the elders to confess wrongs to imperfect men. I think elders was turned on my certain confessions low key. We all are accountable for ourselves to God.

JWs are not supposed to extend a study beyond 6 months with no progress. Studying with people is not a social event but rather a lifesaving effort. Apparently, you were throwing the life vest away and the teacher was compromising the rules.

The pioneers still need to report their hours and placements. Its just the rank and file publishers that dont need to report their hours or placements now.
Now it's not biblical for the publishers to report time, but it still is for the pioneers. Go figure

My mom here and there but my dad and I got into it over a year ago about the CSA and the organization and he pretty much shuns me now. My sister decided to shun me back in 2018 when for the very first time I had said something on social media (facebook) about my childhood and how I was raised inside the cult. It was regarding the Leah Remini Scientology Jehovahs Witness episode. She didn't like that I was speaking on it. And how it makes the cult look crazy. But nothing I said was attacking or rude it was merely the rules of the religion. We also talked over the phone about the CSA going on and she wouldn't believe me. Since then she has not spoken a word to me. They shun you even if you aren't baptized. But now I speak LOUD AND PROUD about it. I don't have any more to lose so what the heck. I no longer live in fear. And I want the entire world to know how dangerous that cult is. And I never will stop talking about it.

All mommas will relate to this. Having to go out in service with new born babies even todlers is so tiring. Having to be with a fussy baby in the middle of the summer sun sweating and sleep-deprived 😢. And if you're a stay at home mom and you're not a pioneer, they start pushing you to become a pioneer 😒
Yes! Been there, done that. I brought my sick baby out in service while the CO was visiting because i thought i had to be in service. Someone smart sent me home. My dad made me walk a long street in service when i was a week away from giving birth. I was dying.

I recall a brother (an elder) liked this sister, and she was everything he desired. Then he checked her publisher card and said, “She’s a low hour publisher.” He missed out on having a good woman. Well an elder just cannot have a “low hour” wife lol. Tsk, tsk, tsk….now she’s perfect.

I wrote my letter of disassociation in 2018. I was surprised when a brother say me in the store back in February 2023 and started talking to me. My eyes was going left to right wondering what changed in the organization?
My mom enthusiastically told me the news today (as I am inactive at the moment) and acted like it was 'new light', while in fact, it's simply Biblical. Nowhere in the Bible did Jesus ask his apostles to report their hours to him. So my immediate question is, how will the elders now know if someone is "spiritually weak" or not? 😢
At this point the organization is becoming a parody. It's getting harder and harder for me to take them seriously and I was a hardcore Witness for the majority of my life. However, I will say that this is a change I can get behind.
I've seen many pioneers half-assing it, just to get their hours in. When I would go out in the ministry with them, I would go door-to-door with them for 20 minutes, then drive around for an hour and a half to do two or three return visits and then go have lunch for an hour. They counted that time and told me I could do too. It didn't feel right to me and when I asked a sister about it, she angrily replied (yes, angrily): "How else am I going to get my hours for the month!"
It's all about keeping up appearances, so they can hold on to their title of 'pioneer' and get the perks that go with it. I tell you, I really think the 10 to 12 hours a month I did, were more meaningful that the 70 hours most of them did, because I actually spent the majority of that time talking to people in the field.

🌴🌺 It’s funny because my mom sat in on the annual meeting with my brother. She acted like she got the exclusive and couldn’t tell me about the new hours arrangement. I was like for real!!!! She said it’s in the breaking news. I said oh yeah I heard that announcement already. She was like what no, when did you hear it??? Are you sure??? Yea, it’s not new news Mom. She was wanting to know when I heard it?? It was at a meeting.. she didn’t believe me.
She asked if I was sure again. Who cares how I know… it was at a meeting. She was still like are you sure???? Yes mom.. why do you need to know… she lost it and out of love Id be like let me tell you what I know as her daughter but no she was going to be all hush about what she heard .
She hasn’t changed at all since being a JW except she is okay with not talking to her children or grandchildren
Things have dwindled. I recently went back to a meeting after being inactive for over a decade and it was very light. They do still seem to have a lot of people on zoom though because I’ve heard between 40-50 people are on zoom each meeting. The mid week meeting the parking lot was very empty. I wasn’t sure if it’s just this area I live in now or what. But back in the day when I was growing up in the 90s and early 2000s living in a far suburb of Chicago we were packed in the main hall and back rooms 200+ people and memorials standing room only if you didn’t get there early.
We used to have 80 to 100 people in the hall. Now there's like 30 to 40 per meeting.

I'm an old guy and I put my field service report in month after month for DECADES - I remember the long talks telling us why the field service report was so VITAL, so important and necessary......when the foundations crumble it isn't long before the whole building falls.

Long story short... i was disfellowshipped because i got preggers to a brother in another congregation...I was a pimo while I was a young teenager.....so I purposely got reinstated and
then after a few months I bounced! 😂 My brother followed my lead and eventually just faded off from going to the hall too.
My mom.and older brother are still witnesses which is why i try and.keep up with what they're learning 😂
Anway...I'm waiting for the next step to be that they do away with disfellowshipping....when they do.....all heck is gonna break loose!!

I am so with you on your Tony Morris speculation. I believe the GB knew all these changes were coming. Tony was always such a hardcore, old school JW that he wasn’t gonna get on board with these ideas that were pointing to a more mainstream religious direction. So they ousted him. There were probably other factors involved. But I’ve been thinking about this one for a while. New Light is such an absurd excuse for getting things wrong and they DO owe their followers lots of apologies! Great video!!

Once I got to halftime work because of my physical and mental health, an elder said to me now you can do pioneering! Why do you dont do pioneering? He puts so much pressure to me to be liked and accepted not real! He doesnt even knows my situation!
That talk you were talking about around the 4 minute mark is literallt something ive heard before, its used so much especially the dramatic pause.
I remember my own father saying are you going to the meetings, but he be all in the streets. Like really. I pioneered back in the day and I was more stressed about getting in the hours, and had no joy in it. I remember my uncle doing a shepherding call on me and I’m like check on me as your niece not a elder. I was so pissed at him.

That's my mother. So blinded she looks like a dingbat. She's exactly that way you all described when it comes to new light. Not apologizing my Mother would defend it "They're imperfect humans too" (excuse me?! the direct channel). The shunning part of that, I think it may become light shunning for those who disassociate than those who are disfellowshipped but yes the fear of loosing all contact is strong.
That's one reason why I've made lots of friend outside the organization (sorry Elders) because I someone who can't stand being alone, would crawl back to the Elders grip of power. I can handle being alone when I decide to leave (waiting for a new place because I live with some witnesses) but I'm not going to underestimate the power of this organization. I hear it can take years to undo a lot.
Facts ive been away for 23yrs many years away from it then in it and it left damaging affects especially it you fade alone...I was in it from 5 yrs old to 24yrs old and I've been away from it 23yrs I'm 47 and will be 48 in November and I still don't celebrate holidays and my birthday...go figure 😢
Sorry, have to add another comment after just hearing what you were saying about the GB being like CEOs: I’ve been told again and again by JWs that they don’t have a hierarchy, so when my sister once said it to me, I asked her what she thinks the Elders, Circuit Leaders (or whatever yoy call them) and Governing Body is. To this day I haven’t received a reply but at least I could see the wheels turning in her head and the expression on her face told me clearly she was stumped and had never thought about that.

It was a big shocker because hours told the organizations you were active and in the hall they would look down at you especially the critical ones, 9 -11 hours was the lowest you can have and you are looked up has a pioneer 70 hours, yeah it is crazy, how they did a big turn around, and then slowly they said if you can do 1 hour a week it is okay but it was for the very sick etc, now no time I wonder if the pioneers is doing all there hours. theses are good points you mention. Yes they are single mom witness much of it. yeah we waking up has PIMO, I remember telling my mom about this. My grandma keeps talking about she feels so bad because she was always about time

One of my biggest pet peeves in the organization was Jesus didn’t count time talking about God, why do we have to? And I think about all the times pioneering with a full time job, and kids it boils my blood of how stressful they made life to conform. And now! Now I can’t complain about that?!? Pfft!!
Anyways, this organization and their changes are definitely like a corporation! Make changes all the time and do not feel like they need to apologize for any pain, suffering or loss of life bothers them!
