Actually Retro Tracks where introduced first in Mario Kart Super Circuit. Tho in that game it was only the all the SNES tracks. But we can at least say mario kart ds introduced retro tracks in the way we know and love it to this day
There's two times where the end credits for a game brought me to tears because it was an absolutely beautiful send off to a truly unparalleled game. Super Mario 64, and Mario Kart DS
Quick question about the video - are the green squares by design, or are they supposed to show footage/pictures? If it is the latter, I think there's an issue of missing footage/images!
@@Oakley_2984 Aw that's a bummer - fortunately the video is still fantastic! The Nintendo DS was the first console I ever had, and I remember working as a paper boy to save up money and get a DS - by the time I had enough money, the iconic MARIO KART DS BUNDLE was out, and that's the one I got - I remember walking from the store directly to a friend's house living close by (he owned the Silver DS) and we played for HOURS thanks to Download Play (he didn't have the game yet) I had completely forgot about the *MISSIONS* - I agree they were a solid addition and it is a shame they were never brought back in any other title - I have so many fond memories of this game... Playing with other classmates at school during lunch time or during breaks, playing over the internet (which was insane back then, especially for Nintendo! And in the pocket of your hand!) - I remember discreetly playing late at night when I was supposed to be sleeping ahahaha Oh and I remember about mastering ''Snaking'' ahahaha - I'd always win by far when competing against friends - I'd always end up with my thumb being super hot from the ''exertion'' ahahahaha For the inevitable next Mario Kart Game, here's what I believe they need to add/bring back; - *TRACK EDITOR* - this is a no brainer. - *MORE VS MODES* - and options to customize them, including map editing - *MISSIONS* - with the option to create and share your own too! - *DOUBLE DASH* - revisit this concept and add more stuff - it could be really fun! - And of course extra karts/kart parts, characters, items, etc
1 word "Snaking" once you learned how to snake in this game, you are gonna out lap the AI and your friends without needing items The only downside to this game was the online was filled with hackers who just cheat to win.
Thanks for the analysis! Just a quick off-topic question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
I really appreciate your efforts! Just a quick off-topic question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?

Great video !
Thanks!
Pleasant video! I know there is a brief issue with the green squares and all, but don't sweat the small stuff OP. :)

Yeah I think the editing or uploading processing messed it up unfortunately

Well done, Oakley. I never owned a DS, but now I want one.
It is one of the best! Even without WiFi now it's got so much from time trials, grand prix and mission mode!
