You can use any combination of your daily products - comb each section before you start because it will get tangled! - if you're doing your hair yourself it will be harder - if you feel the comb getting stuck on your hair don't pull, instead take it out sideways I hope this helps!

ymarcel s Make sure you’re twisting your whole head in the same direction (clockwise/counter clockwise). If you fight the natural direction it grows out of your scalp, it won’t train anything.
