I bought a twisting comb...im not doing something right..I'll try your way...my hair is not long, its medium length and its nappy...is it better with wet hair or damp hair? Thanks!

Wet. Your hair will be drying as you are working with another section. To avoid having to constantly re-wet the hair, do your beautiful, nappy hair wet!
