    Hi there.. I just got one with 120 eggs and I watched your video it was very helpful but you didn’t mention the water part like how much we should put and where? Can you explain please.
    Thanks.

      @heavenlyhillshomestead9465  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thank you 😊 and absolutely I can explain, so before you add the top level fill up your water in the bottom. You’ll see there’s different channels for water in the bottom, just fill them up all the way. Then add it to the fill hole that I think I mention in the video. If I didn’t you’ll see a small hole that you can use that bottle with the cone tip to refill the water if needed. 😊I hope this helps!!

    Thanks for the informative video. Is there a way to change turning time to every 8 hours? I’m suppose to rotate pheasant eggs only 3 times a day.

    • @heavenlyhillshomestead9465
      @heavenlyhillshomestead9465  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thank you so much!! I believe you’ll have to set the time for every 8hrs, you just get the timer flashing and set it to the time you want. I’ve hatched pheasant though just like it’s set up for chickens and quail.

    • @heavenlyhillshomestead9465
      @heavenlyhillshomestead9465  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thank you so much 😊!! Ok, did you mark the eggs? Usually if I’m having a problem with the rotation I’ll mark my eggs on one side with a marker, just put a straight line or a big dot, something that is easily visible. Then come back every couple hours to see if those eggs have rotated or if they’re still there how you left them. If it’s not rotating automatically but it will manually you either have a timer issue that you can fix in the settings or you have a bad internal timer which HETHYA would have to address. I would try to mark it, if that determines that it’s not working I’d see if it will manually and then try to adjust my setting for it and if that doesn’t work I’d contact HETHYA and ask for help or replacement part!! 😊😊

    Hello, I want know how turn egg roll timer off and turn automatically rolling on for 24/7? I don’t want press button every time timer finish. Please I need help! Thanks! Your video did great!

    • @heavenlyhillshomestead9465
      @heavenlyhillshomestead9465  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It should be preset to automatically roll every 2 hours, if it’s rolling continuously then I’d say it’s a broke unit but you can try holding the egg turner button down until it flashes or beeps depending on the unit you have and the numbers will be flashing then you can use your +/- buttons to adjust your time between when you want them to turn! Or if you want to turn the timer off I believe the only way to do that is to unplug the egg turner cord inside the incubator. Sorry I can’t be more help, thank you for watching and I hope this will help you!!

    I have a question about the other settings that appear if you hold the Settings button. I have the 36 egg Hethya which is very similar. (same color top, with a little different layout of buttons). There is a way to adjust the Heat burst, and also calibrate the Temp and Humidity sensor, but I'm not sure which is which... It has settings for P1, P2, P3, P4, H1, H2, H3, H4, F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F6, F7..... do you know anything about those settings? (F1, F2, F3 are listed... in my manual, but nothing else) Thanks for the video and any help you might be able to provide

      Do you have the vent on the top open or closed? If your house is usually humid then you don’t have to add so much water inside the incubator, may want to get some of the water out. Candle the eggs you should be ok though you just don’t want higher humidity later on. I have trouble keeping humidity up because we are so dry inside so I have the opposite of what you got going on but if I was in your situation that is what I would do!! Let me know if this helps!!

    I have this incubator and for the life of me can not get it to reset the days. I have went through them several times. I don't actually need it for hatching but it is nice to have for those just in case brain moments (you know the ones that come with age :)) do you have any tips or tricks for it to reset besides going through the different breeds? I have misplaced my manual and have had no luck finding it online. Its currently sitting on day 45 or so because it just keeps going up.

    • @heavenlyhillshomestead9465
      @heavenlyhillshomestead9465  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Sorry just seeing this comment, sometimes for some reason people are having trouble resetting them even when they do exactly like I’ve shown them. I’m not sure why that is but it’s been probably 10 people out of several thousand that have had this issue, I’ve tried to help all of them to reset it via email and they don’t have any luck so I then tell them to contact the company and they’ve either received new tops in place of the old one or the company was able to tell them to do something that I don’t know about to reset it. I think the reason is because some models though the same in appearances have been changed a little internally so to reset them is a little different then mine and the company knows which way to do it. 😊 I don’t mind helping you but thought I’d tell you what I’ve experienced so you can skip a step if you’d like!! Hope this helps!!😊😊

    I have the same incubator have watched a few of your videos helped me out a lot having one problem with the eggs can't keep them on the rollers they keep all rolling to one end do you have the same problem every other day I have to slide them back just wondering if it's too much pressure for the first role of eggs because they have the rest of them piling behind them in the line I noticed it puts pressure on the Turner from turning properly thank you your videos have really helped me now I run it on constant temperature and not the chicken setting and I learned that the up button is to activate the egg turner thank you very much hopefully you could answer my question

      Hey there, first thank you so much for watching the videos!! We really appreciate it a lot and we’re glad that you have benefited from them as that’s are mission here is to show how we do things here and help others in their journeys to do the same!! Yes my eggs was doing this and I’m so glad you brought it up because I had forgot about it doing this so I will have to do another video on it but it was doing this and was frustrating me cause I couldn’t figure out why it was doing it. I ended up just taking eggs and making the rows as tightly fitted as possible and that seemed to help a lot!! So basically just add an extra egg or two in each row and it will stop the trying to bunch them all up. We just started hatching out more eggs yesterday and so far we’ve got 98% hatch rate 😊😊 so it doesn’t seem to bother them but it’s definitely not a desirable feature. Hope this helps and if you have any questions feel free to ask 😊

      Thank you I will add an extra row on my next batch and since you run it on controlled temperature do you change the temperature and the humidity on day 19 or do u keep the temperature and humidity the same when they are going to hatch I'm going to have some hatching and was wondering if I should leave it at 100.4 temp and 60 humidity or change it like it normally would on chicken setting and if you do change it can you let me know the temperature and humidity you change it to I would like to do what you do to have a high hatching rate I am going to order a second one because I am collecting like 60 eggs a week and I used one last year with not a lot of success I had it in a bad area this year I have it in my washroom with a space heater

    • @heavenlyhillshomestead9465
      @heavenlyhillshomestead9465  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@rubennaranjo6278 we leave it all the same, if humility is down a little we will leave it alone and not add any water but if it’s at 60% we won’t mess with it either, if it’s below like 45% we will address that. We do very well with how we do here but every place will be a little different because of elevation, humidity and heat in the house so we just fine tuned what works for us over the past year!! You do need a few incubators getting that many eggs a week!! I hope you have a great hatch rate!! If I can help in any way let me know!!

      Sounds great I'm gonna keep it at 100.4 and the humidity at 60 the lowest I let it get to is 55 and then when I wake up at 6am I add water and it goes up to 60 and then later on in the day it will go up to 63-64 as the day gets warmer what is the highest that you let your humidity get and what would you recommend is the highest to not let the humidity go past thank you very much for taking the time to respond to me there is another brand of incubators that make the same incubator but with a 3rd level and I just wanted to know your thoughts on incubators with the 3rd level

      @@rubennaranjo6278 I’ve let mine in the beginning when I first put the eggs in get up to 70% but you have to be careful cause that can kill them!! I don’t watch the incubator that close when I go to the kitchen for dinner where they are I set at the table and look over at them then but I try not to bother them to much. I’ve learned over the past 3 years if you “love” them to much your more likely to hurt them and the hatch rate decrease then if you just let them be and watch for the alarms to go off etc. My top tips for successful hatch rates are 1 good incubator, 2 as fresh of eggs as possible, 3 quiet low traffic area, 4 low maintenance, 5 patience 6 back up generator in case power goes out!! If you have these things you will be very successful 😊😊 I’ve not seen a 3 level incubator yet but if you have it in a place that is warmer then other areas so the machine doesn’t have to work hard to keep the temp stable then I’d stay it’d be ok to use!! I would be worried about cold spots and inconsistent heat within it and that is why I would pick a room that is warmer then the rest so it can help stabilize the temp because that’s a lot of room and air space to keep at 100 degrees. 😊
