@@BennettKunert the snow is fun, its the ice and the 0-15 degrees that I don’t like 😂 it torn up a lot of stuff this time cause of the ice and rain on top of the snow then after it rained and iced turned back to snow and it was nasty. I’d rather have the snow then mud but the ice and brutal cold I can do without 😂

@heavenlyhillshomestead9465 LOL. After 60+ years of it you almost get used to it. Then again I hate it when it gets into the upper 90°s around here.

@ if only it could be 75 year round 😂 I get it though cause I got family and friends that moved to NC SC and FL and they come home to WV and think it’s freezing at 40 degrees 😂

@@josieadams3107 I agree 100% it’s definitely a big benefit, it helps control the bugs, brings nutrients to the ground that rain doesn’t and adds to the water tables!! Lots of benefits 😊😊 I just wish it didn’t have to be so cold 🥶 it can snow at 32-34 degrees which is great snow for sledding but this 0-15 degrees snow is dry and no good for sledding and just sucks to be out in for us and our animals. To bad we can’t write an agreement that it can snow all winter so long as it doesn’t drop below 29 degrees 😂😂😂

@@mrtweedy705 😂 I appreciate it, we got some snowplows evidently but for some odd reason they don’t know when to use them!! True story, all season so far if it was even a threat of snow the plows was out in the roads putting down the salt brine liquid or rock salt and would even scrape with a dusting on but soon as this storm came they was nonexistent for 3 days 😂😂😂 you can’t make this stuff up

Unfortunately you’re correct but you don’t have to shoot our dreams down😂😂😂 but maybe they won’t be so bad cause last year I got hit by 4 different nests and never had any problems here with them before.

@@heavenlyhillshomestead9465 Sorry about that! lol Actually, this was a really bad year for yellowjackets up here, too! Hubby found 2 or 3 nests that were a real pain to get rid of for some reason. I'm wondering if it's a new species that's been "imported" from somewhere else. These seemed to be a bit smaller than our usual yellowjackets and more aggresive. I'm allergic to most bees, so I really need to keep my distance!

@@Prepping-for-Heaven 😂😂it’s ok 😊 you know that’s a interesting point, maybe cause these was definitely more aggressive, not that they needed any help in that area but a lot more aggressive then in past years!! I’m not allergic but they do zap my energy once I’m stung for that day so I understand wanting to keep away from them!!

@@therandomsurvivalist hello, I can try to explain it😊 there should be a little hole in the side of the incubator that is used for refilling the water after you’ve started incubating. You should fill all the water slots in the bottom before putting any eggs on the rollers, once they’re filled add your eggs and then the machine on, humidity should be set to the specified humidity for the eggs you’re hatching 🐣 like chicken, ducks, turkey, etc all temperature and humidity per egg can be googled for correct answers(I will hatch ducks and chicken together although it says not to) but set temperature and humidity to correct setting and you’re good to go. If you need to adjust it there is a variable VENT hole on the top of the incubator that can open and close as much or as little as necessary to get proper humidity. That is all I do for mine and have a great hatch rate 😊😊 hope this helps!!
