- Whenever I have a free 24 hours I think to myself, man I should really see how many Sonic the Hedgehog games I can beat in that time! And that's exactly what I did today. I had 24 hours to beat as many Sonic games as I possibly could. How many will I end up beating, watch to find out!

It's refreshing to see someone doing a challenge like this who is just a casual player (not caring about doing crazy speedrun tricks and time saves) and doesn't mind taking breaks. Usually when people do these challenges they'll get extra tired and not sleep at all for the sake of The Content™, so it's good to see you prioritize your health above all else. Also, I still gotta play Murder of Sonic, I should just get to it already since it's so short!
thanks! yeah i gotta admit i’m a HUGE sonic fan, but i’ve always been a casual when it comes to the games lol basically all my videos but especially the challenges are just me having fun instead of trying to do all the tricks or get the flashiest gameplay and stuff. i never expected them to get so popular though lol. and yeah murder of sonic is actually really great! if you read the dialogue and really look around each room it could take you probably about an hour but it’s still worth a play imo!

Hey so a thing about Sonic 4s final boss. You can wait until the the arms hit the ground which causes the electricity to disappear. Then you can just homing attack them.

that’s a great tip! i had one arm hit the ground but im not sure if i was doing something wrong or a glitch but it never did anything so i assumed you had to hit them in air but that’s good to know!

10:22 You should’ve gotten the mobile port of the game, it’s actually quite quicker and involves less puzzles like that torch one.
or even just go with episode 2 which has better physics and is just as short as episode 1

As a skilled player, I don’t mind Labyrinth zone. The first act has a big shortcut near the start and the second one has two invincibility monitors, so they’re relatively painless. Act 3 in particular has two of the coolest setpieces in the entire game imo, with little downtime if you take the lower path. The water, though slow, at least provides a decent challenge since you need to plan your jumps farther in advance. The boss is my second favorite in the game, since it provides a decent challenge without being unfair (unless you get hit into a specific hole). You can even properly defeat Eggman if you’re good enough.
This is IF you’re experienced though, without knowing the traps and shortcuts, it can all be quite painful. Still not great, one of the worst classic era zones for sure, but I struggle to put it below Marble zone or Wacky Workbench.
Sonic 1 is my favorite classic Sonic game. Not because it's necessarily the best, but because it's the one I have the most experience with.
If I were to play Sonic 2 or 3, I would probably not have as much fun trying to beat them since I haven't played them enough to get through the frustrating parts with no struggles.
But I've played Sonic 1 enough so even Labyrinth Zone isn't that bad to me.
My by far biggest issue in this level is the last part of act 3, with no rings and only a shield after the final checkpoint. Even if I manage to beat all previous acts with relatively little trouble and use some shortcuts, the last part is far too cruel.

You are very underrated. Also I actually think labyrinth is fun besides the boss.also sonic generations is one of th best sonic games and I beat time eater on hard mode in under 5 minutes

I I think trying Sonic Adventure 1 would be a good idea. Since the criterion was to show the credits on camera, you could play sonic's story until you unlock a faster story (like knuckles' or amy's) and see the credits for that story. Great content btw ;)

Once you said that you never want to meet anybody that likes Labyrinth Zone, well here I am. I don't think the zone is really hard at all. I really like having some challenges in sonic games like that one.

same thing happen to me while playing labyrinth zone.. i counted my deaths and it was about 34 deaths in the same level until I FINALLY BEATED IT. only fun part about it is the relaxing song that plays in the backgroud...
For the Time Eater you just need to boost, that's it, hold the X button

If you did sonic adventure would you have had to complete all stories or just sonic? If you only had to do sonic then I feel like adventure would have been an easy one to knock out.

Sonic R is easily the shortest, I 100% it in 20 minutes, also the Game Gear games are very quick, Sonic Blast taking me about an hour max
i considered the game gear games but i don’t think i could stomach playing sonic blast LOL

The enemies in Metropolis were the worst, there placed in the most awkward places and sometimes it's just unfair when your climbming up the screws and that mantis or those star enemies hit you and you start from the bottom again. And the fact that there's a third act of this makes it even worse. But it's my opinion
