@@dnakatomiuk While it is true to call it a nerf in the sense that it'll have less up-time, it is a lot better right now purely because it has zero downtime. Imo I'd like to see guard dog bullet be medium pen, and laser dog not heat up as fast, for 70%-80% uptime.
Both come with the significant drawbacks of higher TK potential, higher potential for unwanted engagements, and a chance to self-kill, especially with bullet dog, which will headshot you from time to time.

tbh i just can't use the purifier anymore, i've been using the railgun on bots for so long for the devastator/hulk 1-taps that whenever i fire the purifier i immediately reload thanks to muscle memory lol

It would be kind of nice if it was slightly more forgiving on aim and more rewarding for precision strikes. It strikes me as a precision weapon, but landing precision hits with it is much harder than with many non-precision weapons.

It would be good if you wouldn't need to charge it before every shot. No charge up with the Scorcher and the plasma punisher but for some reason with the purifier. Why is that?

3:43-5:10 is an epic scene. Violently separated from your crew, running for your life, excellent cinematography with all the running while looking back, to dramatize this horrific chase. The panic in your voice as you reinforce. The moment of reunion and hope as you start to fight back, defeating other enemies and dodging with intention: you are still a badass; nothing has changed. Finally the killing blow. Worthy of a short.

I used to use it when it first came out as it makeshift sniper rifle shooting enemies down below but now with the terrain all even level I cannot get any height advantage

It is good as long as you have save space between enemies. You don’t get that often against Terminids😂. AoE radius is nice and it will stack kills.

Probably not the purifier lol. If there was anything that was going to be nerfed (though frankly nothing has needed a nerf for a while), my guess is it’d be the autocannon, cookout, and/or commando.

plasma punisher with chargeup and gravity
niche application, needs skill to use
